It hard enough having your phone call nonstop with agents hoping you choose them in your choice of insurance. Thankfully, I was told to give Kevin a call instead of dealing with the headache of the phone ringing consistently and he will make sure you have the right insurance for your special needs. I have special circumstances that most insurance won’t cover. He made sure he found a company that I could afford and it covered my needs. My family and myself have helped several people and families to have insurance and have an honest agent assist them through the entire process. You just can’t go wrong with Kevin Morton.

Health plans are extremely expensive and a very long process .

In regard to Agent Ron J. Plocinski; 1-207-337-8340. I began my process with him on 11/12/2021 to sign up for a Medicare Advantage Plan. After I chose one of the providers, signed all paperwork, and application sent into the Provider I chose, by him on 11/17/2021. He called and assured me all was all set! On 12/8/2021 I emailed him asking when I would receive information and my new card. His response: "It is generally 7-10 business days from the date after the application was submitted but I do see most carriers are running behind on that due to the holiday + Open Enrollment. Either way, I see that your application is in the review stage which is good. You should receive that letter in the next week or so but definitely prior to Jan. 1st which is the start date." So, I waited and waited. On 12/30/2021 I emailed him, that I haven't received any information or my card in the mail from Humana. Any updates? NO RESPONSE from 12/30/2021. I emailed the same again to him on 1/3/2022. His response "Brooke We submitted everything to Humana. Have you heard from them? You should have by now which leads me to believe their might have been some problem in getting your application processed through their system. I can try to check one more time." One more time? I think to myself..... So, he never followed up with my application he supposedly sent in on 11/17/2021?? I emailed him back right away and asked he looked into this matter. He called me 1/4/2022 in the morning, stating that Humana never received my application! Also, stated some type of "glitch" on their end. How is this possible I'm thinking, he sent it in on 11/17/2021 and emailed me stating "application is in the review stage which is good." I have emailed him twice since he called me this morning, NO RESPONSE! I just spoke with Humana, they had no glitch, they suspect like I did, he didn't send in my application properly or in the allotted time period! Bottom line he dropped the ball and tried to pass the blame; now I get penalized this year because of him! Truly unprofessional and wasted my time with all the paperwork and DocuSign, applications, emails, and phone calls! This guy is a JOKE! He could have been honest and told me he screwed up, I'd probably would respect him more than I do now for LYING and NOT doing his JOB! If I could give RON "ZERO Stars" I would have!

I sat down with Lauren Taylor in Denver to get insurance for 2022, and after the initial meeting, everything went horribly. Her emails specifically ask you not to call or email the office as a deadline approaches. It specifically says they will get everyone covered. I received a text message on the last day asking if I had selected a plan for my family. I answered immediately, saying that had been taken care of weeks before and wanting to make sure everything was ok. I was assured the text was sent by mistake and everything was fine. Everything was not fine. She failed to secure coverage and then, from what I can tell, went on vacation. I am now redoing the entire process with someone else. Go ahead and use Lauren Taylor if you want to waste a lot of time and wind up with no coverage.

After reviewing available plans on the HealthMarkets website, I received an email from a local agent. I responded to the email from William Ratliff in Lakeland, FL and have nothing but fantastic praise for him. He reviewed the plans, choices, and
“fit scores” for my financial qualifications, situation, and plans available in my area. He agreed with the plan I had selected and also reviewed affordable dental and vision plans. Despite both of us having very recent tragic losses in our immediate families, William, recognized the importance of my needs and was a true professional. He made himself available to me even after hours and thru the weekend to get the job done. His assistance with enrollment was also extremely valuable as I had not used and was not familiar with the “Heathcare.gov” exchange.
Those customers who were disappointed with HealthMarkets, should not give up as no team is ever a perfect “fit”. Be patient. This process is anxiety provoking for everyone. Tell them what you need, listen and then stick to YOUR goal and budget range.
All reviews, positive and negative, provide specific information, not just venting. They contribute a great deal of information so that more fantastic agents can be hired and the HealthcareMarkets’ process improved for all our benefit. I can’t say enough good things about William (no I don’t work for the company). I am hopeful that everyone can enroll in the plans they need and that these plans will provide them help in their continued pursuit of good health.

We had a agent come to the house, she stated over and over again how she wanted to help us save money. And yes we contacted her. We gave her all of our prescriptions, and showed her how much they cost with our previous insurance. As it was we were loosing $4,500 a year by changing because we moved to a different county. Well Shelley T. really ruined things for us, she lied, saved the email to a file however when I went back to look at it when I confronted her lies I can no longer access it for proof of what she put in writing it would cost us. Now it's to late to rectify even though I contacted her before Thanksgiving some of my scripts have increased in price by 100% don't use this company they do NOT have qualified personnel. And when she finally did contact us back she wanted to sell us something even more expensive. It's a racket steer clear.

It was okay. Ms.garner was pretty helpful and understanding, but another lady who “assisted” us on another line which I forget her name was very bitter and rude. She was so much in a rush that when she was stating policies she was talking so fast I didn’t understand. My dad has broken English and it’s hard to understand when talking that fast. She proceeded to say that she can help other people if we keep asking questions. It was ridiculous and it doesn’t help when you pretend that you’re nice and here to help with a quirky voice and don’t correspond. I wish I knew here name honestly. Makes me not want to have health care if they are not efficient in making sense and explaining to a customer with patience. Like you’re getting paid to literally help people who are not knowledgeable about health care and their benefits, that is why they’re calling

We learned about Jean on HealthMarkets.gov and it was like an insurance angel was sent to us. Jean was so persistent and professional making sure we did not go without health insurance. She followed up consistently with calls and teleconference meetings just to walk us through the process of buying insurance and she made sure we understood what we were buying. At the end of our interaction with Jean we had affordable insurance with a reputable insurance company. Thanks so much Jean we really appreciate you!

Jean Calhoun was so awesome!!! I needed help changing health plans after I moved. She took the time to explain everything to me and was very responsive. She made the process very easy and made sure all of my needs were taken care of. My last agent at health markets was hard to get ahold of but this time the experience was so much better. I will tell my friends and family to reach out to Jean for any insurance needs.

After I called the main number the manager connected me with an agent in my area ( south Austin, Texas). I need more info about Medicare advantage plans. His name is Art. I have trouble getting any information from him what so ever. He has made promises to give me the information and he failed to do so.

She was professional, knowledgeable kind and helpful in every way that I could want. My experience could not have been any better. I appreciated her help!.I am very grateful she was the one to help me.

Does not offer plans in my area. Website is terrible. Telephone help is unavailable. Health markets is a joke.

Our experience working with Aaron Cheney was excellent. His knowledge of the various insurance options is outstanding and easy for us to follow. He was patient with us as we had many questions. We would highly recommend him.

Extremely responsive and diligent! I emailed Jean C. on a referral from a friend at 9pm on a Tuesday. I received an immediate reply email with an appt. the next day. I was quoted multiple options for family coverage and we are insured under contract by Thursday. I have never received better customer service! Expectations were exceeded, response was immediate with good information, Jean is a superstar! They are the best in the business! Unless you prefer smacking your head against a brick wall, do not use anyone else! Period.
