SCAM - ** DO NOT BUY **
SCAM - Fake Product, Fake Website. Still working with my credit card company to reverse the purchase of over $10,000. Reverse image search their sauna and you will see all of the images are stolen. Website on AHREFS and 0 traction or reputability. Can't believe this is happening.

You will never see a sauna.
They have been promising me photos and I thought it was just a delay in the order. But after a quick search to grab an update, I found all this stuff about stolen photos and disappearing on customers.
Now I know this Sauna is not coming. And it is too late to report it, going to try anyways but usually credit cards require 2 months. They got my money, and are clearly from China.

Fraudelant Website, Photos and Reviews- They Stole My Money
Clearly a fraud. No idea how they pulled this off, but ALL their photos are from Heartwoodsaunas; their testimonials are stolen from there. You know that is the real one because they have videos and are priced more realistically. They are not from California. Their web content is all stolen. It is quite a brilliant scam; by the time someone realizes they got scammed, it is 8 weeks later and too late to report.
I made a purchase and asked them about the photos. They have not answered me. They are not refunding me, although they have a 48-hour policy window.
If this is proved and refunded or fixed, I will come back on here and update this review. As of now, my money is stolen and I am working with my credit card to get it back.
Update: They said they would provide me with a refund over email, but I will leave this here till I receive my money back. I also verified my account to confirm I am real.

ZERO RESPONSE
I have been trying to reach healthlighten for a couple weeks now. Phone calls (during the 3-7p PST), emails, and chat on their site. With absolutely no response or call back.
I have not purchased a HealthLighten sauna yet. Just had a couple questions to get answered and I planned on ordering. After this type of response, or lack there of, I’m not sure I would even order or recommend any other person to as well.
I do believe that these saunas are some of the best looking out there. But when you can’t get a hold of someone, doesn’t matter how great they look.
Thoroughly shocked after reading so many good reviews. However I did read another persons review with the same issue I have.
I will change this review if and when they make it right.
Be better healthlighten.

Outstanding customer service.
We bought 4-6 person tradition sauna 2 months ago. Sauna was delivered quickly and was easy to put together. Customer service after sale has been absolutely outstanding!

Does not return phone calls. Can't trust companies that don't return calls.
Edited to add: They say they called, but I have zero missed calls from their number, makes them even more untrustworthy.
2nd Edit: Amazing how fast they are to respond to a review, I wish it were so when we were trying to buy a $15k Sauna. If you're reading this, now you know how to get their attention if they don't return your calls either.
