I have been using the perimenopause supplements (biome and the multi nutrition) for a month now and I have to say, they have completely changed me. I was suffering with low mood, very fatigued, hot flushes and night sweats and a lot of weight gain, and generally feeling meh. After about 3 weeks I've been getting compliments on how my mood is great, I have tons more energy and have found myself eating a lot better and not reaching out for takeaways and comfort food. My mind feels clearer after really bad brain fog. I thought I was going mad and couldn't find anything that would get me out of that funk.

I just need to work on my sleep, my sleep is usually disturbed in the night so will add the sleep supplements to my daily routine and hope they deliver similar results.

This is the 2nd time I’ve given these tablets a ‘fair’ go and I wouldn’t recommend. Totally kept me awake and couldn’t sleep at all. I’m not a trained herbalist but since I appear not to be the only one I would suggest Health & Her take a look at their formulas again. Wasn’t impressed, especially for the price.

Vitamins work great highly recommend them to many people I know!

The product itself is working wonderfully! The first round I bought arrived within 4 days of my ordering no issues. The second order however I made it a subscription and I’m not sure if that’s the issue or something else but it took about a week and a half for it to arrive. It took almost the five just for the order to be fulfilled then almost a full week for it to actually arrive after it said it was shipped through amazon. Which was extra disappointing as I bought this specifically through the company site to avoid using amazon. The delay in response and delivery is really the only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5.

Anyway the product is great it’s working unlike the other products I’ve tried!! Mood swings are lessened, hot flashes are less severe! Woohoo!!

Having recently bought the menopause product ( I matched the ingredients to another supplement which I wanted to try and this was much cheaper) my nails and hair look much healthier. My nails haven’t been as good as this since I had my first child 18 years ago!!! I am impressed. If I was to say anything negative, I’d say they don’t taste that great when you first put them in your mouth.

Not seeing the benefits of the capsules as yet. I’ve only been taking the perimenopausal ones 2 weeks so far.
I do like the app that gives you reminders during the day to hydrate, pelvic floor exercises and deep breathing.
Feeling the difference in the pelvic floor area. I didn’t know i was weak which I supposed happened over time.
Lots of useful information is given the app and it links you to the original articles where information was obtained.

When they happily take your order,your money and say they can ship to Spain, don't believe it. 4 weeks later I don't have the product. Still at customs zero point. If you live in Europe buy from a European company

I do feel it's helping but I'm have very bad sweats not sure if it's the hot weather that's doing it. I've been taking it for 2 weeks so still Earley day's.

Bought these tablets to try as although on hrt patches they were not dealing with everything ! Been on these 2 weeks and brain fog and mood has improved considerably, def helped will continue with these feel more like myself again!

so far I have less hot flashes and my mood is much better and when I notice I am able to fall asleep better.

It’s stuck in customs. I have to fill out several complex forms and then pay taxes. This is poor form.
