Fantastic I purchased the peri menopause capsules been taking them for 5 months and helped a lot with hot flushes and mood swings,you have to stick with them and give it a chance to work! Started to take the menopause capsules and i experienced the most awful headaches.I know it's the capules as i have never had headaches like this before . I think with reviews of the side effects some are getting you should be looking at what goes in these before someone gets really ill.

Arrived quickly. Started taking these 3 weeks ago. I don't feel like these have helped at all other than giving me gripeing stomach pains and bloated stomach. I haven't had these before symptoms before.

I am currently using the multi nutrient Health and Her. I am on week 3. I stopped my probiotics and digestive enzymes. Barely had any major bloating, sleeping amazing, brain fog is slowly getting better and waiting to see if weight gets better. So far I am very happy with this product. I am also 44. 45 in October 2025.
