I had an issue with the first headset…
I had an issue with the first headset sent out, tried troubleshooting alongside the help of their support. When this didn't help, a replacement was organised. Excellent service.

We purchased two headsets and then had…
We purchased two headsets and then had to purchase two additional leads afterwards (more information on the headsets would have helped us realise that they were needed from the start). One headset only lasted 1 day and the company were helpful in identifying the problem and replaced the headset with a new one.

Good little soft headset case
Needed a carrying solution for my headset that was light and compact. Product as described. Well packaged. Quite strong neoprene smell at first but is wearing off. Paid for next day delivery but due to adverse weather took an extra day to arrive. Invoice and delivery comms prompt and informative. Would recommend this company and will consider for any future requirements.
