Door never was delivered but they took my money
HD Supply sent email saying door was delivered but it never was. They charged my card but I never received the door. I lost $330 and had to waste time disputing the charge with my credit card. This company is well-versed at scamming people. They gave a tracking number and everything.
Horribly disorganized company
This is a really poorly managed company. When the warehouse doesn't include something in the delivery, they still mark it as delivered and charge you. It's so difficult and time consuming and takes several calls to report the non-delivered item, then they have to follow up with the warehouse, then you need to call for an update, and then speak with another department to apply the credit memo to the invoice that they billed you for. I hate ordering from this company and do not recommend them.
Deliver not Delivered
The lies I was told that my item was shipped and was refused
My outside camera was on and no one arrived at my front step at the time it claimed to be delivered.
I received no slip that the item was tempted to be delivered and in
addition the signature was falsely sign. I have a guard dog and I would
of been alerted if there was some at the door . Awful experience on top of that they can’t refund me my money only credit. I’m waiting for the credit to show up
Poor customer service
Called on March 8, 2023, to order a receipt book for my employer's funeral home business, and after waiting over 30 minutes on hold I was finally told it would be 7-10 business days before arriving. However, after the time allotted had come I called back to check the ETA. The lady informed me at this time that the receipt book is on back order, and she did not know when it would arrive. Seriously this could have been told to me on the 8th so that I could have at least ordered somewhere else. The customer service received in this matter was very poor and time consuming. Someone should have emailed or followed up with some sort of correspondence to a paying valuable customer.

Since their merge and taking away the Home Depot Pro side of the business it has been less than desirable. As a property manager we ordered everything from the pro side and had very little issue but, since they did away with pro and went to supply it has been nothing short of a nightmare!! We used to be able to order and get within 1-2 days but now it is more like 1-2 months!! Most horrible thing they ever could have done is do away with pro!! Now if we want to order doors we have to order 10 or more even if we don't need them and now I have waited over a month to receive them only to be told daily from my rep is that they are on the way! BAD move to do away with something that worked so well to something that is useless!!! There are many things I could order from the pro side that now says I can't order them in my area!! My company is seeking alternatives at this time due to the fiasco caused by someone fixing something that wasn't broken!

Worst company to deal with. After taking orders, they cancel it after the 4th day. This is a 3rd party company.
They have to depend on other manufacturers to deliver.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from HD Supply. HD Supply purposefully attempts to confuse customers by sending multiple invoices for the same items. They send one invoice before the item ships and, whether you pay that invoice or not, they send a new invoice with a new invoice number once the items are delivered. Sometimes they also slap items on the second invoice that have not shipped yet or are even on backorder. It took us a month to realize that they double-billed us repeatedly with multiple invoices for the same items. We currently have a credit of over $600 with them which we have spent hours on the phone trying to get refunded. They are refusing to refund because they want to apply the credit to an invoice that we do not owe because those items were paid for on other invoices. It is a merry-go-round of confusion with them. You pay their invoices and they just create new invoices for those paid items and then force you to spend hours on their payment portal sorting through each invoice to make sure you did not pay for that item 60 days ago on another invoice.
They are very confused by their own invoicing system so they transfer you around from one employee to another. They hang up with a promise that they will speak to their supervisor and call you back but they never return the call.

I ordered with HD Supply because they said they could get the items to me by the date I needed them. I called every day for 4 days starting the day after the scheduled delivery date, each time being told that it would arrive that day. I eventually had to cancel the order. Over a month later I was charged for the items never delivered. When I called I was initially refused a refund to my card by a snarky unhelpful representative. My only experience with HD Supply is a huge hassle over months. Avoid.

I will never order anything else from this unprofessional company! I seriously feel like I’m being scammed right now. I placed a order for some small items under $100. I’ve been waiting two weeks! My order just says processing and there is a delivery date that has already passed. I’m not use to companies doing business like this. The company’s like Home Depot send you tracking information, and this company doesn’t. I tried to cancel but the customer service department said I wouldn’t be able to. I’ve learned my lesson on trying to save a few dollars! I definitely don’t recommend this company for anything! There was a also a lazy customer service agent by the name of Alejandra, who kept answering the call but would get quiet so you can hang up and call back again. I got him twice, and he kept refusing calls, because he doesn’t want to work I guess. I don’t have time to be waiting a long time for items! I need a actual delivery date and I need them to stick to it or refund my damn money! If I don’t get my items by the end of this week I will be calling my bank to dispute charges! I know if I have to do that I’ll just rebuy the same items from a more competent company, and return HD Supply order if it ever comes. This company is awful and I don’t recommend.

The way this company operates is horrible! I placed an order and was charged twice not only was I charged twice some of the items weren't delivered. They'd assured me money will comeback into my account when I get all my delivers(complete BS). I called and they said they would cancel what I didn't get because they mistakenly forget to deliver but I would need to pay again to get that Item received so I did because I need it to finish my kitchen. I finally got the item but it was from the first order yes the first order! So I called back and guess what they cancelled the order I just placed now. I am still missing another item and waiting on a phone call back to see what they are going to do since they cancel orders and refund you within a week but want you to repay the order you need the same day to get it shipped. Stay away from this company honestly not worth the little savings I am losing out on more money and time then if I just had purchased from Lowes or Home depot.

Not what they used to be!
Used to be an amazing company to do business with. You would order something today and get the right item tomorrow. Now that they have merged with Home Depot they are awful! I honestly think the whole company is ran by kindergarteners! I haven't got a single correct order in over a year!

I am forced to do business with them because they bought out my cleaning supplies supplier. I have an exterior corridor property and they just leave the deliveries outside ( where anyone off the street can take them) without notifying any staff member that a delivery is being made.
Their returns are even worse because you have to wait for a delivery or request a pickup. I have requested a pickup twice and had 4 deliveries in the past 2 months; my return is still here. What makes matters worse is the return is for an item I never ordered, but was charged for regardless and no refund will be issued until return is picked up
Billed for product never received
I ordered smoke detectors for 3 different properties that I manage.
CO alarms were sent instead of smoke alarms and they didn't even send an equivalent number of alarms.
I reached out to them and could not get a response for some time. Once I did, I was told they would process a return. The warehouse decided to not accept the credit so they are billing for product they never delivered.

This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered three bifold doors from them that were supposed to be delivered just a few days later. I was excited because they were half the price than everyone else. One day I was delivered a box of 80 rolls of toilet paper. I was told it was a mispick and it would be picked back up and processed as a return but I would need to reorder the correct item. I was weary but I did it anyway. They said they would have to pick it up with their truck so to leave it on the porch. I did that for four days all the while customer service was promising me a FEDEX return label would be sent to me just in case. Finally spoke to the warehouse manager Justin who told me if I could put it outside in the next hour he would send a guy in the area to pick it up. I did and he never showed. I called back and was connected to Justin again and he said he told me to call him back and that the driver left the area. Obviously he never told me that and the worst part is that I am out of town and now rain is in the forecast. He said he’d get it Monday. Plus I still only have 2/3 doors I ordered two weeks prior and I have been dealing with returning a box of TP I did not order but was charged the price of the door that it was supposed to be.
Please for the love of god. Never order anything from them no matter how much cheaper it is.

Their customer service actually is very thorough and was helpful during my situation. In short my order had to be cancelled. BUT as others have stated - what seems to happen to the orders just reeks of unprofessional business practices. They must have horrible relationships with 3rd party vendors. I ordered a hot water heater from their site on 8/7/2022. I added the item to the cart - as I checked out - a message popped up - the item is no longer available. ?? Since I was directed to HD supply from a google shopping link and suspected some old web info - I decided to go to the site directly - I found the same water heater - and was able to add it to my cart and checkout. It showed in my order history - delivery date was 8/9. My CC was now pending the $ amount. 8/9 comes and goes - and I see status is preparing order. I called and they said it should be delivered on 8/10 and it is coming from the Lakeland warehouse. 8/10 arrives and I see the status is in transit. 8/10 ends - no delivery. I call 8/11 - and customer service says - it shows attempted delivery on 8/10 at 5:30 PM - I have security cameras all over my property - their wasn't any delivery attempt. I explained this to the rep and they put me on hold and came back and said it was supposed to go Orlando facility from Lakeland then to you - but it was not on the truck - wth? - She said so we need to cancel this order and re-issue the order. I asked - so what would have happened if I did not call - she said you would have been charged and the system would have closed the order as delivered. I then got a call back AND an email saying my order was shipped?!?!? After still not receiving it later in the day - I sent an email to their customer service whom was excellent - but they stated the item was not even out for delivery. I have no clue what is going on over there. After reading the reviews here previously - I just cancelled my order and told them I will re-order from their site. Yeah sure - that's what I am going to do. Stay away from this company.

Horrible Experience
Horrible! Item arrived late and damaged. Called customer service for a replacement. I was told item would arrive on a certain date. Still haven't received it! Customer service has no clue where item is or when it will arrive, but had no problem charging my credit card multiple times. Waste ot time and money!
Confusing co. to deal with. Or worse?
I ordered and paid for a vanity top online on 6/22 with delivery showing 6/23. There was a tracking number but it was internal for hd supply. I recieved no delivery on 6/23. I sent emails on 6/23 and on 6/24. On the afternoon of 6/24 my hd supply account showed another order for this item as pending. I recieved an email from hd supply on 6/24. I was told the driver said the item was damaged and returned it to the warehouse. They asked if I wanted a top with better packaging. I told them I would like an undamaged item shipped to me. They then said they couldn't ship another countertop without a payment being entered in their system, and needed to charge my bank account again. They said they had issued a refund. I told them I'd wait for the refund to show up on my account. On 6/27 I recieved an email showing a countertop had shipped. When I checked my hd account it showed the item was delivered, it, of course was not. On 6/27 I also recieved another email saying my refund went through and should be credited to my bank account, it to, of course was not. On 6/29 I recieved a call from an hd supply driver that said he had a delivery scheduled for me. He showed up a short time later and we talked about the confusion with this order. He suggested we open the box and check the countertop. It was broken. He took pictures and took the broken item with him. Almost immediately my HD supply account showed delivered. At 629 pm hd supply, yet again charged me for a non delivered, broken item. On the third try I received an intact countertop. It also appears that my account was credited, as far as I can tell. It was a confusing mess,but it looks like it's done.
