I ordered a few heavy duty Mikalor clamps and they arrived within a couple of days. The clamps are excellent. Good price, product and prompt delivery. Thoroughly recommend HCL.

Thank you for the orders and sorry you are not liking the review requests. We are a small family business, just doing what all online vendors do by asking our customers to share their experience of the service they received when using us.
From checking, you have been sent one google product review request on the 28th of August and you have been sent 2 service review requests today by Trustpilot.
It looks like it sent out two review requests, one for each order as two orders were made on the same day.
I will try and change this so it does not happen again or to anyone else and I can confirm from our end this was not set up to spam or annoy anyone, its a new system and we are getting used to its intricacies.
It would be really appreciated if you can remove this 1 star review, it will only cause us harm and as mentioned there was no intention to spam you, its just the result of the system seeing two orders and then sending a request for both, which we will now try and stop from happening.
Apart from this issue, was everything else okay with your orders and delivery?

EDIT: Hi Charmaine, just checking if you would mind removing or amending the review you left us. We replied to your review initially, did you get a chance to read it? Just to say, it may seem trivial but to a small family business, the bad review could cause us a lot of damage which I am sure you don't really want considering the issue was just technical, based on you making 2 separate orders on the same day which then the Trustpilot system sent out 2 review requests. Thanks again for the orders and sorry to reach out to you on this.

Fantastic, well informed customer service
It's a needle in a haystack job to find a company that a has real person who knows what they're talking about on customer support.
I massively appreciate Peter taking the time to explain technical aspects of different materials available, longevity and application.
It's been a while since I've gotten this level or service from any company (and we're talking a pretty small order).
Can wholeheartedly recommend and would buy from them again. Thanks!
