Excellent experience very interactive and professional teamwork across the board

This is my second week the system already packing yeilds

Nigel, the CEO , IS incredibly knowledgeable and sincere. His team are professional and speedy. I cannot rate them highly enough. But, the thing that blows me away is that even 2 months after the installation, when I WhatsApp Nigel with a question, he answers. I mean, he has nothing to gain now. I have paid the balance, and have nothing else to pay, but he is still so helpful. I don't think I have ever experienced that before.He has decades of experience. A+++ service, thank you so much.

Like others we came across Nigel when looking at various solar providers. Unlike other providers Nigel spent the time to come and see us and go through all the technical “jargon” and fully explained what was needed and why and then tailored a design to our requirements. We did choose to go with them and thought the whole team inc scaffolders and fitters were excellent. Could not recommend highly enough

Our solar panels give the house a bit of a sci fi vibe. In a good way, though!

I wasnt sure that i actually really wanted solar panels it was just one of those things that Ithought might be a good idea and Imet with Nigel with a slightly negative attitude, however after he pointed out the benefits to the planet and the financial benefits to myself I decided to go ahead and from then on everything was carried out promptly and professionally from start to finish and is now up and running only 10 days from my original enquiry

Excellent service from start to end - Nigel patiently and clearly took us through the technical details and made sure we were getting a solution that met our needs; the follow-up site survey suggested a couple of small changes; it was all installed and working a week later.

In addition, HCE are handling all the paperwork and dealing with the electricity supplier (who will hopefully soon be an electricity receiver!)

Nigel and his crew made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their expertise is truly valuable.

And the team was so efficient that it managed to install fairly quickly without a compromise on quality.

Nigel visited us on a busy day and took great efforts to go through the installation and offered a very prompt service. Incidentally, we could not go ahead and he immediately refunded our deposit within 24 hours. He knew his stuff, was charismatic and instilled confidence and we would definitely go ahead with his company when we decide to go ahead. I wish him and his team and his customers the very best and a good, professional experience.

We are so excited about our solar system now. The installers are fantastic; they are friendly and so very knowledgeable, and that took the stress out of the installation.

How my Solar Panel and battery system would work was explained very well and my needs were analysed so that my system does exactly what I needed it to. The scaffolding, installers and electrician were all very good, polite and professional. I’m now very happy with my system.

The team was amazing, a young professional team on the job, the materials used are really good quality, well i cannot finish without mention Nigel the owner what is a very comprehensive and friendly person. My thanks and I will give my recommendation.

The guys were quick helpful and respectful. We have three small children running around the house so the job was really difficult for them. However they stayed until finished and it was raining so not easy. However we are delighted with the finished job and would definitely recommend homecomfort enterprises. Nigel came to our house. Acting very charming gave us a good price and said we had to make a deal or he would leave unless we gave him a deposit. He manipulated me and my wife. We payed deposit of £200. Without telling us he decided it's too cheap and he said he returned the money however he hasn't. He is the biggest fraudster. After checking him he and his company he is a big lier also.

I found and contacted HCE on the internet and was extremely sceptical on first meeting them as I had been deliberating solar panels for 5 years. having had many sales people none of which I trusted. Eventually I took the plunge with Home Comfort and am so glad I did. They were quick to fit, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. I was kept fully informed from start to finish via a live group whatsapp which proved incredibally helpful. I highly reccomend this company to anyone considering Solar panels and batteries. No hard sell, no pushy salesman wonderful explanation and the best price after seeing many different companies.
