The content is dense and actionable, and it goes far beyond theory. The combination of career path frameworks and personalized mentorship has been invaluable in defining my professional vision. I attended HCD Pro's first workshop recently and really enjoyed it. Jonathan and Chris bring a lot of energy and passion for design, and they've created a welcoming environment with thoughtful discussions and a great mix of people.

The amount of thinking that has gone into the design capability framework is impressive. Rather than relying on generic career exercises, they've built a structured model around capabilities, progression and professional growth. In a region where designers come from many different backgrounds, disciplines and markets, having a shared language around capability and what progression looks like is genuinely valuable.

The workshop gave me a clear picture of where I am today and some practical next steps to work on. The follow-up 1:1 mentoring session helped turn those reflections into something actionable.
