I visited HBOT last week for a session in the hyperbaric chamber and had a great experience from start to finish. Marta was incredibly attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and guide me through each step so I felt completely comfortable throughout the treatment.
The session itself was really relaxing, and afterwards I felt fantastic — clear-headed, refreshed, and noticeably calmer. I slept like a log that night, which was a big bonus.
I also spent 15 minutes on the massage chair afterwards, which was pure bliss and the perfect way to finish the visit.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to prioritise their recovery and wellbeing.

I attended the drop in session to find out more about the treatments HBOT Oasis provide. As soon as I entered I was warmly welcomed by the staffs and shown around. The premises is beautifully set up and very clean. Whilst there I decided to try the hydrobaric treatment. Marta explained the benefits of the treatment etc. Whilst in the chamber Marta, was so supportive and reassuring. She checked on me many times, making sure I was okay.

Marta was so friendly and talked me through everything. The wellness clinic is really peaceful and a lovely calming place to be. I have never been in an oxygen chamber before but it was a super relaxing and painless. The massage chair was also very pleasant and reduced muscle tension. Would highly recommend!

Amazing experience….booked a series of HBOT and massage through to the end of the year-been using HBOT for two years now and hugely beneficial-the added benefit of a massage after the session is a bonus! Great venue as well !

The hyperbaric chamber left me feeling deeply relaxed, clear-headed, and energized. After just one session, I noticed improved focus, better breathing, and an overall sense of well-being. It’s a perfect therapy for anyone dealing with stress, fatigue, or simply looking to boost recovery.
The 6D massage chair was beyond what I expected. The range of motion, pressure, and precision of the massage felt like a professional therapist. It helped release deep muscle tension, especially in my back and shoulders. The combination of heat and air compression added an extra level of comfort and relaxation.
Highly recommend both treatments – perfect for physical recovery, stress relief, or just to treat yourself to something truly rejuvenating.

Add a wonderful day at HBot oasis tried to of their treatments the first one I did was zero gravity massage chair did too different programs each different techniques you can lower or higher the pressure depending on your needs was a really good experience then I tried oxygen therapy for the first time ever was a bit nervous at first but they put you at ease and answer any questions you have and also show you a demo of what to expect ones I would inside and the pressure changed I will ask the little bit and got used to it would definitely recommend to try this so anyone will be booking again definitely thank you once again to the staff had a really good experience place is neat and tidy and very clean and welcoming thank you once again

I came to HBOT Oasis feeling completely exhausted and depleted — physically and emotionally drained.
From the moment I arrived, Marta made me feel so well looked after. She was incredibly reassuring, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. Her warmth and knowledge really stood out and added so much to the whole experience.

After just one session in the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber, I noticed a real shift. The next day, I felt more energised, lighter, and more alive than I had in weeks. It was like my body finally had a chance to reset and breathe. I highly recommend it

I had an amazing experience at HBOT Oasis. Marta provides such a welcoming experience from the moment you book to the moment you leave.

The centre is super clean, with a great atmosphere.
With any therapy, Marta explains the whole process and she even allows you to choose your own music!! It gives such a nice touch.

Now... the therapy itself: my only mistake was not taking a notebook with me to HBOT!!!! I had so many thoughts and ideas!

From making the booking all the way to my apt Marta has been exceptionally helpful and made extra efforts to insure safety and to make sure the treatment was right for me. Due to health conditions I wasn't able to have the oxygen chamber and I'm grateful to Marta for making sure all precautions were taken. I had the zero gravity massage which was exactly what I needed and left with no knots and less tension in my shoulders. I was so impressed that I've booked another one and also one for my husband. In fact, I know I will be going often. Marta is a genuine caring and lovely lady who made me feel welcome and even surprised me with a birthday gift. I highly recommend the services she offers, so book a session, you won't be disappointed!

Had an amazing session at HBOT Oasis. From the moment we walked in, Marta was fantastic - Looking after us and ensuring we knew all the necessary details.
I opted for the “Combined Treatment” - 60 mins of oxygen therapy followed by 15 min Zero Gravity massage. Essentially an hour nap followed by a massage. Certainly no complaints on my end. I left feeling rested and surprisingly energised. I trained later in the evening and had a great workout and an even better sleep.

Recommend.

Great peaceful environment and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Allowed me to switch off and actually sleep. Seen the benefits from the experience in my recovery and will certainly be returning often.
