I must unfortunately join the many others who have had a bad experience with this company. I found this site through Facebook. Requested a cancellation and refund for an accidental order, and have been passed back and forth through countless members of the team who have been no help whatsoever. I think robots could offer better customer service than these guys. I believe they have no intention of refunding me and had I not cancelled, from what i've read, I can't imagine my order would have turned up anyway. Avoid, avoid, avoid, unless you want to throw money away.

I really wish I could've given these clowns ZERO stars!!! I ordered in July 2020, and have not received ANYTHING!!! I have emailed them on numerous occasions but they stop responding after couple of mails. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY ARE CLEARLY SCAMERS

Pésimo servicio.
Llevo semanas escribiendo para un reembolso porque el producto no es como se describe.
En lugar de responder han bloqueado mi dirección de e-mail y no los reciben.
Muy atentos cuando compras, pero pésimo o nulo servicio una vez que has pagado.
Hay que seguir comprando en páginas fiables y con buena atención al cliente.
Cero estrellas para esta gente.

I would also give a zero. Ordered early March 20 and still nothing. Exact same automated response blaming Covid each time I enquired but does not stack up. Quick to take money then nothing. Do not use them, doubt they even exist!

I would give a zero star if possible. Not only is it damn near impossible to get ahold of this company, when you send an email they respond with the exact same response each time. This company is bs do not order from them! I'm fighting to get my refund.

They do not deserve a star they are the worst company they took my money as well we need to do something about this i order in February before the pandemic n still nothing God don't like ugly better business Bureau a file a claim with them and get our money back

Do not order anything from this company. They take your money and you do not recieve your purchase.

The worst customer service ever..
I ordered 20 February and still no items is delivered.. they are saying is it on its way sending 3 different tracking non of them works. Now I have PayPal to get my money back...

I ordered an item end of February 2020 from a sponsored add on Facebook. It's now June and nothing.
Obviously a scam

Order from March still not delivered. Emails answered but no action on delivery. Going to ask PayPal to get my monry back.

This is totally a SCAM!

I purchased one item on February and after 3 months the item was never shipped!!

When I asked for a refund they reply that "their policy do not provide refunds unless the item is damaged/broken"

After various emails they stop answering.

Unfortunately it is US company so I can't do anything from Italy.

THIEVES AND SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Clearly this are cheap scammers!
I just read Mr Dawn Hoefler comment and that was exactly the same excuse they gave to me, word for word about 3 months ago.
They need to be stopped so that others don't fall for thier scam as well.

Scammers !!! Do not order from them as you will not receive anything they are thieves! Under investigation!!

I place an order on the 6th of February........ Hazelworld gave me some of the same run around answers as some of the other people received. After receiving several emails, I finally wrote this.....
Me: Well I don’t know where you shipped my order from maybe Mars, but I haven’t received it as of today the 21st of APRIL. I ordered from your company on the 6th of February and all I’ve received is lip service from your company about my order‼️😡😡😡 Where is it⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️ You have my money and I’m holding air‼️‼️😡😡😡 YOU NEED TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM‼️‼️‼️ I’ve NEVER have had WORST customer service‼️‼️😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Them: We're sorry if you felt that way. We can understand where you are coming from.
But we are doing our very best to ship your order soon. Please allow me to escalate your concern to the management team.
We will get back to you shortly.

Me: Here is my reply back. As of the the 30th of March your email message to me ”Your order has been shipped already and it is on its way!” Now it’s 21st of April and your telling me, “We are doing our very best to ship your order soon“. So what’s the deal?? Its been shipped or your doing your best to get it shipped⁉️⁉️⁉️ I’m frustrated, confused, mad and don’t believe anything you tell me‼️‼️‼️ All I want is the item I ordered‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Get your act together and send me what I PAID for😡😡😡😡‼️‼️‼️‼️
I have heard nothing back since my last email. What a SCAM. I’m out over 60.00. I’m going to report them to my bank and will blast them any chance I get‼️‼️‼️😡😡😡😡

Same thing happened to me and still do not have my product. Will contact BBB to file complaint and ensure that they don't scam anyone else.

i placed an order February 9, 2020, still no product. i have sent emails asking for the status:

15 FEB: I have pulled-up your record and I do see your order, which was placed on 02/09/2020. Your order has been fulfilled and is currently in passage.
Our shipping period usually takes 15-20 days upon purchase. This may still vary depending on location and carrier provider.
We kindly ask for your patience and expect delivery within the said shipping period.

27 Feb: Sent another email asking status:

We are very sorry that you are experiencing a huge delay in the delivery of your order. Generally, when we ship our items, we upload the tracking numbers that will automatically send a shipping confirmation email and takes about 2-3 business days for the information to show up online. However, we have started receiving email/chat concerns regarding tracking information having no updates. We contacted the shipping company and found out that the parcels were put on hold due to customs clearance issues. Unfortunately, the shipping company did not inform us about this matter which caused many delays.
This is the first time that had happened to us. Reshipment of orders is now ongoing and it will take 2-3 business days to process. We can assure you that your item will be shipped to your location anytime soon. Kindly allow a few days for the tracking number to update and reflect online.

6 Mar: asked for another status: Sorry for the delayed of your order. But rest assured, we are expediting it

15 Mar: asked for them to cancel my order. was sent this email: I see that your order #13049 from February 9 2020 is currently being prepared at our warehouse.
Our operations are experiencing some delays with the COVID-19 but don't worry your orders will be shipped.

22 Mar: asked for order to be cancelled. received email from them: Thank you for contacting us!

I am very sorry that you wanted to cancel.
In line with our dedication and promise to deliver your order in a timely manner, we send orders to our warehouse after the first hour of your order.
Any requests beyond that will no longer be processed.
Thank you for understanding.

I am now in the process of calling the credit card company to dispute the charge and i will be sharing my experience on several reviews and scam websites.

I ordered from them in December 2019, I got nothing from them but waffle in reply to my email queries. It’s now mid April 2020. My order never came. They lied and lied and then lied some more. I’m now trying to get a refund. I’ve informed my credit card of the scam. I will keep hassling them until I get my money back.
Update! I reported them to Shopify as they are the payment platform they use. I reported them to Facebook as they are a Facebook seller. I reported them to credit card co.
I kept hassling them by email.
Guess what? They refunded my money after 5 months!
So my advice is keep hassling them and report them every way you can
