I ordered 2 brackets one for me one for hubby mine was the petal leaf design bracelet I’ve only had it for 6 days and already it has discolouration ive emailed them and they won’t refund it it’s not 99.9% pure copper as stated wven though a magnet doesn’t stick to it it is plated I spent $50 on a bracelet that is rubbish I wouldn’t recommend this company at all it’s a scam they are not hand made at all they come from china so do your research as this product is rubbish my husbands bracelet is painted black so far the paint hasn’t come off won’t be long though and they won’t refund either even though they state they have a 30 day guarantee

Dealing with a reputable seller/crafts person and no issues in the process. Received what was ordered and timely. This copper bangle is beautifully crafted and comfortable to wear. It has reached me with happy vibes. No hesitation in recommending this seller.

I'm so pleased with my copper bracelet and ring. The workmanship is beautiful, and both pieces are so thoughtfully designed. The bracelet looks like a designer piece rathe than a plain copper bracelet, and the ring is just as lovely. They look gorgeous with an outfit, and you'd never guess they were copper. I highly recommend them!

I received a Festoon bracelet on the 25 August, today is the 23 September and the copper plating is wearing off my falsely advertised 99% copper bracelet. I have been going back and forth with emails to try and get an explanation and resolve but have only been offered 35% in store credit and or a full refund at my expense of the return of the faulty misleading falsely advertised item. I love the intricate design but am very disappointed with the quality and the fact that this company can falsely advertise a product.

When I received my original order the ring was damaged so I contacted Hazel. She immediately apologised and arranged for shipment of a replacement ring which arrived safely.
I was very impressed with the prompt response and I'm very pleased with the ring. Such excellent service is very rare these days and heartwarming to experience.
