I have made a decision!

from the three samples it was easier to see the look in the house and will be ordering the paint when it is time to do that part of the job.

We love Haymes! Luckily, so does our new painter so we don’t have to convert him👏🏻. Products are great, staff friendly and professional. Extremely happy as always. Thank you Haymes Paints.

Great service, lots of knowledge and welcomed advice. Always a high quality product. Would rather get stuff from Haymes and know it will actually last decades.

Haymes staff are always very helpful.
The only downside/disappointment is with this online only discount purchase was to learn at checkout that purchases $150 and over deliveries are Free offer was not available to our home address nor to our nearest Haymes paint store and trade centre (as advertised on their web site), at Stawell's Paint Centre, who sells and displays extensive range of Haymes products, always supporting Australian made products.
If I weren't going to Ballarat (3 hour return drive) the following week the online discount offer would have been hollow.

Haymes paint team at moorabbin were absolutely amazing and inviting from the moment I stepped in store. Providing me with so much knowledge and help all while never making me feel like a fool for being a novice.

The paint itself has been super easy to work with. The primer coat was easy to use in a spray gun with no dilution required. Ceiling paint required about 1.2L water for the 15L tub. Super happy with the colour and coverage of all paints purchased. Would reccomend

MISSED the email regarding pickup. It seems another company does this & maybe it did not have Haymes in the email heading so deleted or never received it ??
After 8 days emailed Geelong Branch as to why I had not received a pickup notice, who immediately returned by a phone call and BINGO all was good

Can't complain - my order was delivered promptly.

Haymes, is hands down the best paint I have used in my lifetime. I have also used their decking oil and my deck still looks like new after 1 year in an area very exposed to the sun.

One thing to watch out for, is the colour chart for their paints. It is way off!! It does not match the actual paint at all, and i've tried numerous of different colours. I advise to get samples.

My daughter told me to buy a certain colour swatch for $2 and have it posted to my home. I could have used it as a guide when buying furniture etc for our new home.
Turns out she had 2 posted to her home in the country over 600kms away from me. I am guessing someone’s sent my copy to her address , same last name. I know its a trifle amount, but obviously no proper checks in place.

I am registered on your website so you have my details. I sign in and then attempt to shop and when when I get to the checkout; Nothing - I have to fill in all my details again. It was easier to go to Bunnings.

The Haymes exterior paint that I used to repaint a house is the best paint that I have used (& I have used all the big brands over the years). It goes on beautifully and gives a non-streaky result with the first coat. After 2 coats the finish is both rich and smooth. I thoroughly recommend Haymes.

Hey team, its been an interesting experience.
I made an online order and the order confirmation took at least 24 hours to come through. It was a click and collect. But then, nothing. I wondered if because you had a sale it might have been a while to fulfil. However after at least a week, I called the store and they were like oh yes it's here.
But we hadn't been told.
Then when we went into the store we were told it wasn't arriving until later. It took a while before the asked our name and then realised they were talking about a different customer and ours was in fact there!
I will say, we've used the dexpress oil after the wood cleaner and the product seems amazing. Also once the drama was sorted in store, the person gave great advice and was helpful.
But I do think you've got to get your systems better down pat so customers know where things are at.

Haymes shop staff contacted me when my order was ready and also arranged same day delivery.
Renovating, painting internal walls and really happy with the quality of the finish and colour spot on.

Competent staff at Noosaville and Coolum. Efficient Friendly. No problem to order and pick up.
