Maxine was helpful and informative. Mostly I didn’t feel pushed into any decisions. She didn’t bombard me with calls and messages. That’s when I usually switch off!
She was there if I had queries.

Kieran and the team dealt with a re-mortgage of my current address. There were difficulties in the fact that the street and house were re-named causing all sorts of issues with land registry and the prior mortgage company. It took a lot of persistent tracking of documents and solicitors but the Hayes team drove it home.
