Haven Financial Planning brought my plan for earlier retirement to life -- exceeding all my expectations! From the first engagement to completion, Junaid Afzal & Jessica Nelson provided an in-depth knowledge of the markets, regulations and options to traverse successfully through the intricacies of a defined benefit pension transfer to help me achieve a comfortable retirement. Additionally, their ability to simplify the process & information, efficiency in completing each step, willingness to do to the leg work & commitment to keep me informed & reassured, made one of the biggest life decisions a breeze! Having purchased my first property through the Help to Buy Scheme, there are obviously a few loopholes to jump through when paying off the equity loan. Sveta Kohli guided me through my first remortgage but when it came to my second, I had decided to pay off my equity loan following her astute advice. As something that I'd kept in the back of my mind, Sveta reminded me that paying off the equity loan should be my first priority given the amount I'd owe would only increase as the value of my property went up. Within a matter of days, Sveta managed to secure me a great deal with a lender and conveyancer who would manage the Help to Buy transaction. I tend to work at a fast pace, trying to get things done as quickly as I can and she matched this, remarkably, working through the weekend and taking calls in the evening. It is a rarity to work with someone with Sveta's degree of professionalism, efficiency, diligence, dedication, honesty and integrity, all with a very warm and kind demeanor.
I would encourage anyone needing financial advice to consider employing Sveta's services as she will manage and work to ensure your needs and requirements are sufficiently met. Thank you again, Sveta, (for the millionth time) for being the 5*+ that you are!
