Not the greatest experience
They are very slow to respond to queries once the delivery was completed. I received a hat in poor condition and out of 150 aed who ch was the cost of it , I actually received 24 aed back after 2 month after returning it. I do not recommend

We want to clarify that we issue refunds as soon as we receive the returned goods at our warehouse. Since the return was sent internationally, the process can unfortunately take longer due to shipping times and customs handling, which is outside our control.

Terrible shipping and customer service
They took ages to reply from fCebook messenger. They ship the products from Sweden, it takes ages to reach to the UAE and they use the cheapest shipping method where you have to physically go to the post office wait in the queue for a long time to pick it up, I'll never order again.
