Fantastic.
We are traveling from regional NSW to the Melbourne cup with no time to drop into their shop before hand.
One of their stylists Marina was fantastic in helping to pick the right head wear for my outfit from photos, hair colour etc.
The fascinator once ordered arrived quickly and was exactly as described on the website.
Highly recommend the team, flawless experience.

Fantastic product, fast service

Quick delivery from order most importantly it looked exactly like pictured and the quality of the product was excellent, I honestly didn't think it would be as good as it was, even the band to attach the fascinator was soft, well made and does not slip or dig in and hurt after wearing for a short time. I thought it was overpriced but now I see why, the fascinator made of leather and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

After receiving my fascinator from hats from Oz, I realised it was too tall. After a lovely conversation with the company, that were happy to swap for another more suitable fascinator. I was really happy that they knew I was rushed to get me the product in time. Quality was excellent. I would recommend.
