I needed to speak with someone and they were so helpful and my son's suit looks GREAT!

I got what I ordered. I got it on time. Unfortunately, jacket and slag did not fit.

I ordered blue slacks and a shirt on 3/29. I received gray slacks, which I’ve sent back and received over a week ago and I’ve not heard a word about the exchange I’ve requested! Can’t wait to get my slacks and give ya a 10!!!

Service was great and shipping was prompt. I would not hesitate at all in ordering additional apparel.

The suit we ordered was delivered in 2 days. The jacket was a bit too tight so we ordered a larger size that was again delivered in 2 days. Returning the smaller one was quick and easy. The website walked me through everything. I am impressed!!

I needed some alternative clothing for both my Wedding as well as another family event. The clothes are some of my favorite casual and formal items I’ve ever had. I will be buying in the future.

My initial purchase was exactly what I wanted, but I needed to exchange for a different size. The return process was extremely easy and efficient, but the immediate turn around was most impressive. I received my garment with absolutely no concerns. It is quite refreshing to see that there is still companies out there who take pride in their business, but also ensures the customer’s satisfaction.

I was going to give a higher rating but due to a mix up with shipping and not receiving my items yet, I bumped my rating down to a 1 cause you had no 0 rating. The mix up in shipping I can get over. The low rating is based on poor follow-up and communication to stay in touch with information on where my items are or when can I expect to receive them. Still waiting.

I miss shopping in a storefront, but I trust the Haspel brand. The customer service over the phone was excellent as was the quality of the clothes when I received them.

The entire customer experience has been excellent. The website is easy to use, and when I emailed a question, the team answered it same day. My order was processed, shipped and arrived within 5 business days (pretty exceptional). I had to make an exchange, and processing that online was also very easy: Haspel even provided a pre-paid shipping label. I am on a short timeline, so I reached out via email about expediated shipping, and again the team responded - this time within an hour of my request with options, instructions and pricing for expedited delivery. Every part of the experience has been a 5 out of 5.

With sizing and returns

Ease of size return.

The order process was smooth and easy. So was the return/exchange process as I needed a step up in coat size. Thank you, love my Haspel!

While the suit looks good, the jacket had a stain on it that I needed to take the the launder to remove. Also, the pants I got are about 1.5 inches shorter in the width than what they say, making it a tighter and less comfortable fit.

Very responsive. Quick turn around in the order. Size as expected from years of ordering.
