Withdrawal Denial
Whenever I attempt to withdraw I wait 4 to 7 days only to get a "denied" notification with no explanation. When I ever get a response from Customer Service (rare) I am told I can't withdraw I have to transfer to my Wallet. When I try that I get the "denied" notification and no response from Customer Service. That's where I stand at this moment. A month of withdrawal requests and a month of denials with no explanation. AVOID at all costs.
