Warning deposit stealers

Warning. This company will find any way possible to take money off your deposit.
If you do move in with them document everything, but even if you do, they still will try it on.

Hi Bob, we can confirm you are not a tenant of ours and never had been. We sign up to DPS who ensure tenants money is given back to the tenant under all circumstances unless a tenant fails to pay rent or damages property. If deposits are requested ( and ours are very low deposits) then we must provide clear evidence which the DpS must judge to be just. We would request you remove this false accusation.

Really disappointed with the service at…

Really disappointed with the service at Harvey Roe. They tried to charge me for an extra nights stay even though i left on the date stated in my contract. I found the emails from Lizzie especially rude and unprofessional, it also seemed as if they lacked communication within their team. I ended up contacting the deposit scheme where they agreed the agent was in the wrong and I got my money back eventually but it was a lot of stress and time arguing with the agents. Very unnecessary. DO NOT rent with this agency. I do not recommend. Even some of their reviews are fake and written by their own workers. Very bizarre!

Harvey Roe manage a property on my…

Harvey Roe manage a property on my behalf, I ran it myself for 10 years and basically had enough of the work involved.. Enter HR They pay a decent rent and manage the property well :-)
I am particularly impressed with Katie, the maintenance manager..shes a great organiser and very communicative ..
I am very happy to reccomend Harvey Roe !!

Harvey Roe, great HMO experts

Harvey Roe have been managing my two HMO properties for the last 2 years. They guarantee my rent, look after the property, and take my headaches away. Totally professional and top notch service. Always friendly and knowledgeable. I will use again as I expand my portfolio and highly recommend. I'm happy and the tenants are happy. Win-win.
