I ordered click and collect and the process was completely seamless.
The contactless click and collect is a game changer, especially when time is of the essence.

I literally drove up, parked and the product was brought to my car almost immediately.

The iPhone charger cable wire is already exposed. Would never buy this cable ever again

A short wait to pick up a click and collect.

I ordered a phone but when it arrived the sim pin and clear cover (listed as coming in the box was missing). As I couldn't access the phone without the pin at least, I contacted the store my phone had been sent from. I was transferred somewhere and that person said that they needed to check with the online team and would call me back. They did not call back. I got a pin off a friend and bought a case locally and I'm sorted but fobbing off customers is extremely poor customer service, not to mention rude and I will not order again.

2 guys arrived , both super friendly and polite, got everything done cleanly and quickly. No mess, no fuss

Product was just as described and it came at a good price in the sale. My slight issue is that I submitted that I wanted to do the contactless click and collect to my car as my toddler was napping and it was also a heavy item. I waited 25 minutes before I gave up and woke my daughter up and went to grab it myself. Very clear at the till that they had no idea I had requested it be brought to the car. It’s not an issue if it hadn’t been a service that they literally offered when they sent the email that it was ready to be collected but it was offered and very useful to me at that moment so it was annoying. A woman at the till offered to help me bring the item out, which was very kind of her, but she was much smaller than me so it didn’t seem like a good option.

Paid for the installation of dishwasher on delivery and came with team that don’t install. Had to ring store and
re-arrange for delivery with correct team to install.

The order was made online, the staff has handed my order to me in the car while I was parked in the parking lot, I would really encourage everyone as it was wonderful experience.

The Tallaght Manager, Ethan, was excellent in organising a very speedy repair to my Indesit tumbledrier under their Productcare extended warranty. The Product Care /Brightside call contact was also excellent. The Whirlpool service engineer who came out was also outstanding. Replaced the part immediately and was friendly and very courteous providing me with useful additonal maintenance information. Thanks to you all for a very pleasant repair experience.

The young guy that set up the table was very good and very pleasant also the two other guys it was a very quick delivery and I am very pleased

Bought a smart watch online, it was ready for pick up next day. More than happy with the service.

The product and online ordering was all worked well. However, I chose the option of " contactless " click & collect. I waited in the parking lot in the designated area for click & collect as per the email instructions. It exceeded the time frame of 10-15 mns, waited further 10mns, no sign of anyone coming out , so went in and had to collect from the store. The staff at the" pay here " till apologised & said, he got no information from the other team. I tried this service for the 1st time, never again. Apart from this, everything was smooth. Product is very good.

If I could give zero i could.
We bought a mattress for 999e plus 49e for delivery we received it on a Monday morning and we slept!!on it for one night we both were very uncomfortable all night it was not the same as the one we'd tested in-store although it was the same model.
When I rang the store the next morning I was told that because I had taken it out of the plastic I basically hadn't any comeback.
I was told a manager would contact me I'm still waiting!!!

There was an issue with my online order and staff in both carrickmines and tallaght store helped to resolve it straight away. Product is excellent quality too, would highly recommend
