First time using click & collect, great service.

Harvey Norman staff are always very helpful and offer advice when ever you need it

Your sales assistant was most helpful and kind as I’m 85year old and he didn’t rash me and couldn’t be more helpful in helping me with my selection of a bed

Item was ready to be picked. I ordered it online and there were no issues

I booked the service for installation for last Tuesday. I took a day off for the installation and then it turned out that you never actually booked in the session. When I went to Harvey Norman. I was told that it would get rebooked and that I would get a refund. It ended up getting rebooked for the next Tuesday and I never got any refund or any call about a refund after being promised I then took that Tuesday off and once again nobody showed up.

My first time purchasing an item from Harvey Norman on line and I was very impressed. I had my item delivered within 3 days and very impressed with Speed and Efficiency. Delighted with my purchase and I will be back again shopping with Harvey Norman.

I went into Harvey Norman Cork store on August 27th 2025 and was so very fortunate to meet Gordon. He was absolutely amazing. I bought a new cover and pen for my samsung tablet which had been bought in the store a few weeks previously. He went above and beyond syncing my phone to my tablet and explaining the functions so patiently and clearly. This young man is a fantastic and valuable member of your team. I will most certainly be returning for future purchases based on this experience. Very well done Gordon!

Incredibly ignorant clueless staff.

Wanted to print 13 photos from the Photo Centre in Harvey Norman Little Island. Sent my receipt from the kiosk at 2:58pm.
Jonathan was working behind the desk and said that it would take over 30 minutes to print 13 photos. Seeing as it wasn’t busy I paused but accepted to wait. At 3:25pm I returned to the desk. No one was at the desk. After about 4 mins Brian comes over and I hand him my receipt and told him I’m back to collect my photos. He seemed confused and couldn’t communicate. After a few mins of silence and Brian clicking the keyboard, he said that they should print soon. Again waiting patiently at the unmanned desk, I noticed the photos weren’t printing. It was now 3:45. Brian returned to desk to deal with another customer and the photos finally print. All 13 of them. Jonathan then arrived back from his well earned lunch break and the two begin a conversation in front of me, completely ignoring me. 3:50pm I leave.
What a complete and utter disgrace. I hope Jonathan enjoyed his well earned 40 min lunch break.

every fast quick and collect

One of the few stores with outstanding service. Recently I also purchased a washer and the gentleman working in the department knew a lot, I mean, a lot, about washers which made our choice much easier, especially since I had already made my mind which machine to buy. Highly recommend!

Click and Collect - first time using this but to no avail as waited over 15mins and nobody came out with our purchase.
Had to go into store, met with friendly gentleman who took our order number and collected our paid purchase. We let him know we were out in car over 15mins waiting at click and Collect after availing of the so called service

The service and staff were just brilliant . We got a call to inform us of the delivery time . The delivery came within that time frame. The driver/ fitter was exceptional he went above and beyond and ensured we were happy before he left. The sales staff were so efficient , gave brilliant advice and were so friendly . Excellent service .

David from the large appliance section in little island is just outstanding - he went above and beyond to help me buy my dryer and American fridge freezer. I had a fault with the dryer and he organised straight away to send me a new one. He’s just such a lovely gentleman.

I shopped around for a 43” QLED tv and ended up in Harvey Norman Little Island, Cork. I was greeted with a smile by Briain Baily, whose technical product knowledge was out of this world! Without his advice, I would have gone for a more expensive tv with less quality than the one I eventually bought, following his detailed expertise and advice!

On top of that, he rang me the day after that there was a promotion on the tv and that I was eligible for cash back - something that I would not have been aware of if he didn’t make the effort to give me a call, and with no benefit to him at all and that’s what I call going above and beyond!

We have bought more products with Harvey Norman and have always been very happy with their products and services but in this case, if you are looking for a new tv, please drive up to Harvey Norman Little Island and ask for Briain - you will not find any better customer service anywhere!

I was having a problem with vouchers in your little island cork store and was dealing with Nicole on the cash desk she was amazing sorted the problem very polite very understanding absolutely brilliant. She is a credit to your company . Would definitely come back and spend more
