Purchased an induction hob today
Purchased an induction hob today. Was given very helpful and knowledgeable advice by Abbie D. Later when registering the item I encountered issues trying to access the manufacturers extended warranty. I rang the shop and the phone was answered by Abbie who completed the registration on my behalf. Top class customer service. Harvey Norman will be my first stop when purchasing future appliances.

I would like to sincerely thank Nicole at Harvey Norman, Fountain Hill, for her outstanding professionalism and customer service.
I recently ordered a bed, two bedside tables and a medium-firm Super King-size mattress. Unfortunately, a King-size mattress was delivered by mistake, leaving significant gaps at both the head and foot of the bed. With two young children aged four and five, this raised genuine safety concerns for our family.
When I contacted Nicole, she immediately apologised, listened carefully to our concerns and arranged for the correct Super King-size mattress to be exchanged and delivered on Friday.
Nicole has been exceptionally professional, courteous and helpful both in-store and over the phone. Her communication skills and the way she handled the situation were truly impressive.
Mistakes can happen, but exceptional customer service is demonstrated by how they are resolved. Nicole handled everything with professionalism and genuine care.
Thank you, Nicole. You are a real credit to Harvey Norman, and your outstanding service is greatly appreciated

Gabi was our sales assistant, and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. She was able to provide multiple options for different pieces of furniture that we were looking for. We gave her brief descriptions and she knew exactly what wanted and where it was. She was very competent in describing protection cover, care instructions, delivery options, etc. I came in looking for a recliner and ended up purchasing a sofa and a console as well as the recliner. When purchasing items in the future, I will definitely look for Gabi as I felt in good hands with her.

Never use your company again
Id never use ur company again . Your after sales is a joke . Had a problem and when made a call to let yous know i was accused of causing the damage myself and still waiting on it to be resolved . I wouldent recommed ur company to anyone
