Eoin from the Blanchardstown outlet was an absolute pleasure to deal when i purchased my suite of furniture from him. Very friendly and professional. A joy to deal with. Delivery was on time. The 2 delivery guys that assembled my furniture were friendly, courteous and professional.

I ordered 3 items, house was teady to install all. I was promise if all come in one go. But not... two items was missing and i have to drive to warehouse self to collect. I was charged for delivery but they ask me to pick up my items. Thats not fair...

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent purchase experience, which unfortunately reflected poor customer service and inaccurate sales advice.

While I appreciate that Harvey Norman promptly refunded the amount deducted for the bed, the process leading up to this was highly unsatisfactory. Prior to purchase, I explicitly provided the sales team with the dimensions of my staircase. I was assured that the bed could be transported up the stairs without any issues. Furthermore, I was initially told delivery would take one month, but during billing, this timeline was extended. Ultimately, I waited 2.5 months, only for the delivery team to find that the item could not fit through the staircase.

It appears the sales team prioritized securing the sale over ensuring practical feasibility and customer satisfaction. Regrettably, this mirrors a similarly poor experience I had with an appliance purchase four years ago.

While the financial resolution was handled correctly, the overall experience has left me highly dissatisfied with Harvey Norman's service. I hope this feedback is used to improve the training of your sales staff.

Ordered an expensive and ‘premium’ dining room table from Harvey Norman and paid for direct delivery to our house.

The first delivery was very unprofessional - the legs to the table were in very poor condition loose in a plastic bag, came without assembly instructions, and also with an ‘assembly kit’ loose in an Ikea ziplock bag with multiple screws/bolts missing.

Second delivery was arranged for replacement legs and assembly kit. When this arrived, there were still no assembly instructions and the assembly kit was again missing a single screw and was unable to be put together.

After taking two days off work to receive these deliveries, I am now having to collect the missing screw from their warehouse in Finglas which is only open from 10am-4pm and so cannot be collected outside of work hours. I’ve had no word about refunding the delivery fees we paid and overall the interactions have been very unprofessional. Do not recommend buying furniture from Harvey Norman.

From in store to installation everything was so easy to deal with communication excellent both in store and delivery. The delivery lads Daniel and his assistant were so professional knowledgeable pleasant and a pleasure to deal with they are both a credit to Harvey Norman

I’m really impressed with Harvey Norman having purchased some white goods for my kitchen. I visited the blanchardstown store and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. They didn’t try push the most expensive ones on me, they actually listened to what I wanted a recommended the best ones within my budget.

Harvey's delivery staff did a great job. They removed the old sofa and installed the new one without any hassle.

The one line experience was very good
I tried to purchase in store, on Blanchardstown and the salesman would not show me the radio as he did not have one on display. He did have some in stock but would not open the box...... He didn't get the sale.

We recently returned to Harvey Norman to choose a mattress, and Krishna from the bed section was extremely helpful throughout the process. He had previously helped us choose our bed as well, so we were very happy to come back for his advice again. Krishna gave us excellent recommendations, answered all our questions patiently, and helped us find the right mattress for our needs. We really appreciated his friendly and professional service and will gladly recommend him to others.

Fast delivery service

Had a table and chairs delivered the delivery guys texted me with a time. The whole delivery process was great from start to finish. The table and chairs were assembled on site and all the packaging was removed would definitely recommend Harvey Norman.

You never told me when the item was to be delivered and it hasnt been. I'll be calling for a refund. Dreadful..
