Online booking was easy and delivery was quick and friendly

Delivered first thing in the morning drivers were very nice and respectful to my house and helped put my order where I wanted it.

Men delivered my couch in challenging circumstances. Great job, polite and efficient.

Very professional. Driver contacted me that morning and gave a 2 hour window on delivery. On request he then rang 25 minutes before arrival. Couches were placed in the room as requested and all packaging was removed. Legs attached etc. Wonderful service and thank you very much. Great delivery service.

Very negative attitude from fitter. Told me at 8.00 he would be with me between 9.30 and 12.30 and would send a link so I could track him. Neither he , nor the link arrived by 12.45. I rang him and was put through to mailbox. He and the link arrived together at 1.10. Everything was a problem from my initial attempt to fit it, to the length of the screws in the pack. After much moaning it was fitted but I would not recommend this service to anyone. I have had another company fit appliances for me previously and will be contacting them and not Harvey Norman in the future. There was also a refusal by the original delivery driver to take back packaging, told me they didn't offer that service but I got that sorted out when I refused to sign for delivery. Overall, very good shop experience but very poor delivery and fitting experience.

Ordered a product online for click and collect. When I went to collect the item there was no order on the system. Thankfully a staff member checked the back

Gorgeous coffee table at a very good price for the quality. We bought it from the website and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted. The table wasn't in stock in our nearest store at Swords so we purchased it from the Blanchardstown store and had indicated we would collect it. We subsequently received an email directing us to a warehouse Finglas for collection. We phoned the store to confirm this and immediately headed to the warehouse to pick up the table. We arrived shortly after 4pm , only to find it had closed at 4pm, so we had to return another day. The shop assistant could have mentioned the early closing time to us when we called that afternoon to confirm collection arrangements!

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered around 6000 euro worth of beds and bases from Harvey Norman, even after working with the store to make sure the measurements of my stairs conformed for delivery, the delivery company refuse to deliver without signing a waiver absolving them of any damage they many cause. They then proceeded to put a hole in my wall and take no responsibility for it.
I then reordered a smaller base and 10 weeks later, it was the same story, refusal to deliver unless I signed a waiver. This is not to mention initially they will try to change you a % fee of your order that they didn’t deliver to store it.
Assembled a bedside lockers extremely poorly to the point when 1 day after delivery the legs were loose and it was falling over.
Truely terrible customer service
