I had such a great experience here. The staff was really friendly and it didn't took me long enough to pick an item that i want because they was really helpful and they clarified everything so well. They really did a good job! Thankyou Aaron. 😊

Found Aaron very helpful. We did not know what we were looking for in a Lap top. Changing over from a P C which we had for 10 years. Explained things very clearly. Had a very pleasant manner, and was not pushy. Nav spent a lot of time changing programmes over to laptop. He to explained everything to my Husband. Thank you both.

On 23 Dec 25 we went to the new Technology Department of Harvey Norman in Boucher Road to buy a charger for an iPhone 13. We met an assistant called Holly who was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to make the best choice.
Because of Holly’s extensive knowledge of Apple products we then enquired about choosing a new Apple Watch. We eventually purchased an Apple 11 watch. Holly completed the set up and answered all our questions. We were assured of customer care if needed in the future.
Holly’s inter personal skills impressed us, particularly as we are pensioners and greatly appreciated her patience and helpfulness. Very many thanks Holly!

The two guys who delivered my mattress were so quick and efficient, no fuss, just straight in the house, upstairs and put my mattress on the bed. Also as they left the house they wished us a Happy New Year.

Cane on time, assemble’ed the bed, explained the workings and took all the rubbish with them … well done guys great job 👏

The sales man Andrew was helpful, without being overbearing, and he was able to give us numerous options which suited our circumstances. Delivery for a brand new mattress was organised within days, and the delivery company were excellent with a tracker provided. The two gentlemen who delivered the mattress brought it right into the house and even offered to take the plastic off it. Excellent service.

Online information for arrival of the delivery team was clear and accurate. Team arrived a little early but the app advised me if the arrival. Delivery and assembly went very well. Quick survey to start and the work took place quickly after. Couldn’t fault the experience.

Sideboard was delivered boxed legs hadn’t been fitted none of the boxing and packaging was removed. We were told when we bought the item all this would be taken care of but unfortunately it wasn’t. We had paid for this to be taken care off. Very disappointing service!

Absolutely shocking return policy
Just want to say. Ive never came across such a failure of a return process. 30 plus emails back and forth. Calls to the house, weeks upon weeks of emails and trying to get it returned. You mean to say in 2025 the only way to return an item is if a delivery driver comes, you have to be in to even return it.
Like every other company you can leave it on the front porch as I did and they take it, or even better just print at out a return label at your own convenience. Shocking. Now after all this I have to go and sell it myself. Ridiculous. Its is absolutely embarrassing. 395800 order number.

Just had my tumble dryer delivered, came on time, was well notified. The two gentlemen who did the delivery were very helpful, even took box off and brought it away with them. No hassle, everything was straight forward. Definitely recommend

Oh my goodness I am so glad my mum said to check out Harvey Norman - Mum’s always know best.

I rang beforehand for advice and to check what items were on display. Craig was right on it across all, so knowledgeable and I was left in no doubt that we had to visit.

Such an impressive showroom and breadth of items! John was an absolute gentleman, well informed and very patient with our questions.

Deal done and best of all - OUTSTANDING aftersales also from Craig. An area that’s often forgotten - not in this case.

I would 100% recommend Harvey Norman and their staff, 1st class
