We had a fantastic experience with Harvey Jones from beginning to end.

We first visited the Nottingham showroom, where we were greeted by Beth. She was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding us through our initial thoughts and ideas for our kitchen. During the design phase, Beth was meticulous with the details, asking thoughtful questions about how we would use the space, what cupboards we would need, and how everything would work day to day. Whenever we had a query or wanted to make an adjustment, she was always happy to help and was great at bouncing ideas around to make sure we felt completely confident in our choices.

Our site surveyor, Steve, was equally excellent. He was always punctual, thorough, and approached everything with real attention to detail. He sanity-checked the plans carefully and was always available to answer technical questions, making us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

Tony, our kitchen fitter, has gone above and beyond in every aspect of fitting our kitchen. Any issues that came up were handled with care and practical solutions that suited us, without ever cutting corners. His workmanship and attention to detail really reflect the quality and reputation of the Harvey Jones brand.

Overall, we can’t fault Harvey Jones or the team behind the design, survey, and fitting of our kitchen. The whole experience has been professional, reassuring, and genuinely enjoyable. We’re absolutely delighted with the result and would happily recommend them.

It was really helpful to have Bethan from the Nottingham showroom come to my home to discuss initial ideas for my new kitchen. She developed a fabulous plan and the HJ team delivered. I am highly delighted with my new kitchen, both the design and level of craftmanship are superb. The whole process was handled very professionally with clear communication and timelines. The team at Harvey Jones Kitchens (Nottingham) were very helpful when I contacted them to explain the difficulties I was having in exploring different kitchen options because of my disability. I let them know that I was not in a position to buy a kitchen from them but would benefit from some advice on what accessibility options are available. They offered me an appointment free of charge to discuss options and manufacturers. They were very knowledgeable and made me aware of options I hadn't previously considered. It made such a difference visiting in person and actually seeing what items are available, rather than scrolling online and it was so important to learn about all the features in a detail that you just don't get on a webpage. This has helped me to really narrow down the search for what I need and make sure it is right for me.

I couldn’t recommend Harvey Jones Nottingham more! We recently had to have our kitchen pulled out unexpectedly due to water damage and Bethan was so flexible and helpful at working with us to get the quotes sorted for the insurance company before fully diving into designing our new dream kitchen and utility room. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted in my head and Bethan worked with me to design exactly what I wanted but used her amazing eye for layout and design to improve the flow of our kitchen so so much. She was so patient with me while I figured out what exactly I wanted and turned around designs so quickly.

When it came down to instillation the lovely Gary popped round to do our survey and he was so knowledgeable and helpful with answering all the questions we had to prep the space for instillation.

On instillation day as the cabinets were being unloaded it was like each piece was an individual beautiful piece of furniture that were then all slotted together so skillfully by the very talented Richard who was so thorough and made sure every little thing was perfect. He was so friendly and an absolute delight to have in our home for the install.

As they designed a new kitchen for me there were a few little niggles in the process, which is to be fully expected when doing any remodel, but the customer service was incredible and it was all sorted out asap.

Now that the kitchen is finished I am overwhelmed by not only how beautiful it is, but also by the quality of my spectacular new kitchen! Everything feels solid and like it will last a lifetime. I also love that if I get bored of it in 10 years time they offer a service where they can spray your doors a new colour so if you feel like you want to change things up you can.

I honestly could not recommend them more. Every step of the way the team has been phenomenal and I’m over the moon with my dream kitchen!

Bethan from the Nottingham office could not have been more helpful. We had a clear idea of what we wanted and she brought this to life and kept costs down whilst keeping the top end design and finish. Although there were a few glitches with the fitting these were speedily resolved. The wrap around care for the whole process that Bethan provided was outstanding. Any problem that was not solved she solved!

I came across Harvey Jones when I was looking for a bespoke kitchen/look, albeit having a slightly 'low' budget.
I liaised with Lucy Darke from the Nottingham showroom from the start and since the beginning she was really helpful and tried to help us achieve a design within our budget. This is when she introduced the Hampton range to us, which is a slightly cheaper and newer range.
She helped us make our vision a reality very quickly and helped us lock in the summer discount they were offering in just a few days and although we ended up spending more than we wanted to originally, this did help us save a good amount of money!
Really pleased with the service and how promptly she helped us with any query, request, etc.
We should be receiving our kitchen at the end of October and we are very excited and can't wait to use it!

We have recently finished our kitchen project and are over the moon with the result. We were in two minds about going with Harvey jones versus a cheaper high street kitchen company but we are so glad we made the decision we did. The quality and finish of the kitchen is outstanding and I know it will last a long time. Beth Greet guided us through the design process and has been a huge asset to the project. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in her approach. She was easy to contact and got back to us right away. She had brilliant tips on making the kitchen user friendly as well as looking incredible. She also fielded a lot of queries behind the scene making our experience very smooth.

Lucy was amazing, really friendly and helpful and the products are really good quality.

From beginning to end we were always informed of where we were at in the process. We felt we could contact the company at any time and our queries were always answered efficiently and professionally.Our finished kitchen is beautiful. We love it. We look forward to using it for years to come.
We were, however, a little worried as just as our kitchen was about to be fitted the company went into administration but it did not affect our kitchen installation at all.
We especially want to thank Bethan the designer, Pete the painter and Richard who fitted our kitchen.

However i wanted to take this opportunity to let others know that shes fantastic at her job , very knowledgeable and non bias .
