Extremely PITIFUL support, why are you in business

I bought a Hart 40v weed eater with Edger attachment less than a year ago, now the battery won't charge. I tried calling in to Hart Support, at first I left a message, but still no one has returned my call. Called back and stayed on line over 6 hours and no one answered. Is your equipment that bad that your lines are so full and you don't have the time to return a call or answer? Who are you kidding, no one is that busy unless you are hiding from something.

We ordered a heated jacket through them. It was delivered at the end of the driveway and the box showed what the product was. It was stolen and when I called to let them know and to see if they would replace it. I was told no. Wasn't their problem

HORRIBLE Customer Service!

Almost a month ago, I bought the 4 pc impact gun, sawzall, drill and light combo. On clearance at Walmart. When I opened it up, i saw hand-written notes with customer service numbers and email addresses. I knew then that this was bought and returned already. Anyway, the batteries/charger did not work. I called customer service and to my surprise, they have a prompt for batteries and chargers that do not work. Not good. Some guy who could hardly speak English answered. I had to give him the serial number AND model numbers of: 2 batteries, one charger, the drill, the flashlight, the impact gun and the sawzall. With his language barrier, this took quite some time. I didn't understand why I had to give all that info, but I did. Then on hold for a long time. He comes back and says my request for new stuff is approved and will arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Sends me an email with a "link" for a survey of his service. There is no link. Write back, no reply. Write back the next day, no reply. Call back a week later, I get his sister on the line that I cannot understand. She tells me that the order was approved but not shipped out yet. She said she will make sure it goes out today. Sends me an email for a survey with a "link". There is no link. A week later, I call and i'm on hold for 1 hr, 23 mins, 5 sec. Some arrogant guy who DID speak English answered, look me up and said the order was approved but not shipped yet. Then he wanted to start a confrontation on the phone with me. I told him to keep the stuff and I returned the crap to Walmart and got my money back. Buyers Beware!

Very disappointed after purchasing a…

Very disappointed after purchasing a 40volt 4AH lithium ion battery that was purchased along with a 40 volt leaf blower with charger. The battery has lasted less than a year, and I'm already having to replace it. You would think as pricey as this product is, it would be better made and engineered. I am replacing the battery through Amazon, but I will no longer be purchasing any Hart Tool products in the future. This item was purchased through Walmart without an extended warranty.

I bought some side dyke pliers and…

I bought some side dyke pliers and every time I use them it pinches the hell out of my hands leaving immediately a blood blister. Even my boyfriend tried to use them and does the same thing. We both wear gloves and it still will pinch our hands and immediately leaving a blood blister. I do not recommend buying them. If I could add photos to this I would show you pictures but it doesn't allow me. I will find out where I can do so so people will know and see for themselves.

I purchased a leaf blower vacuum and the battery does not charge. i called hart tools and after 30 min of wait, hung up. Tried to chat on line with no luck and sent a message with no luck either. Customer service is extremely bad and based on this experience, not worth the value of the tools purchased. Would have been better to buy it elsewhere. No after sales support

"WOW" It's light & Effective

Bought the weed string trimmer/edger at WalMart and did it do what it was suppose to do.... Yes it did.!!
Nice and light, not heavy at all. Great for us senior citizens. Cuts cleanly and fast.
I'm recommending this trimmer to all my friends. Peter P.

Good products, bad support

My Hart products are excellent.

My customer service experience is terrible. Their chat does not turn on. Their text is not answered.

I'm still waiting for a call back 3 hrs after leaving my number.

I had a question about Ryobi attachments fitting on a Hart string trimmers. I'm going to buy one and if it does not fit, I'll return it to WalMart and Hart will eat it.

From day one I have had problems

From day one I have had problems. Can't use the Self-propelled feature on my mower even on the lowest setting, it jumps and goes way too fast. Called in and got the run-around. It was missing the Grass stopper I spent about 2 hours getting shuttles around before getting help. They said no problem they would send it. After waiting a couple of weeks I called back to check. Was told they had 14 days to ship. Here I am still waiting. I was told I could not get a shipping date or a tracking #. I am still waiting. Terrible customer service. It is now 7/21/2023 and I have not gotten help. was finally told they would send the part but nothing.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service.

I purchased the leaf blower and string trimmer combo both 40 V, of course. The string trimmer started smoking and failed to operate the second time I used it. I called customer service and waited for almost 2 hours for a not very nice person to finally answer. It turns out you have to take it into a service center. The service center near me turned out to be a guy in his garage. He doesn’t have time right now but if I’ll leave the serial number and the date I purchased it he’ll try to get back to me. I wrote to Hart Tools and they have been anything but helpful. Basically tough luck. That’s how we do things.
