They delivered as promised. Much cheaper item than other retailers and also added some extra gifts! Very happy with my purchase and the store. I will definitely buy from this retailer in the future
Had a great experience, my payment failed on an order but after speaking to Lynsey who was fantastic we got it all sorted out. Price is great especially in the current market of everywhere overcharging and really couldn’t have asked for better help from the customer service side of things

I wanted to write this review as I had reservations when I first placed my order. This is a brilliant little shop that stocks toys you won’t get anywhere else. A couple of points to note, they aren’t fast it always takes about a week to get to you so if you need things next day this isn’t going to be a good fit. The tracking is rubbish so you’ve no idea where your order is but be assured it will get there. Now the positives, they never take your order if they haven’t got it and most importantly they have stock you won’t get anywhere else at a very competitive price. So here’s my recommendation if you can wait 5-7 days and want rare toys no else has then this is a great store so definitely recommend it.
What a gem ! Found Harrys Department Store on line when looking for a specific item that wasn’t in stock anywhere else. Ordered on the Friday, parcel arrived from them the following Monday!! I got the items I wanted, in perfect condition and at a good price 😁. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for such great customer service x
Worst Customer Service ever , order not received since 1st week of June , raised complaint multiple times no response received about the delivery , their Live chat is a Joke not even once worked. We are in 2022 even small firms have better customer service than harrysdepartmentstore, you will loose the customers if you continue like this in no time.

Hi Imad, we're sorry to hear you're unhappy with our service.
We struggled to find your order until we discovered you ordered the items from us on 3/7/22 (not in the first week of June) and had it sent to a different delivery address under a different name. Tracking shows this parcel was delivered on 7/7/22.
We have checked our records and do not appear to have any written correspondence from you regarding complaints.
We would recommend you get in touch with the gentleman at your delivery address to retrieve your parcel.
My order is not delivered to the delivery address and I have not got my refund, I Am getting no response from you on Mail and calls, Issue Refund It’s been 20 Days

We admitted fault for this mistake and asked the customer to give us a period of time to try to solve the problem. Unfortunately the billing address ended up not being a physical location and so, although we could not retrieve the goods, we did provide a refund. At the time of this review, it had not been 20 days since the order was placed.
Friendly pre-sales advice and fast shipping when order was placed. The order was well packed, postage fair and the overall shopping experience very positive. We would definitely not hesitate to shop with Harry's again!
Found this company when looking for some denby bowl's,I'm so glad I did,I made a mistake with my order( my fault entirely)this was swiftly sorted out they even called me back to let me know that it was all sorted and my items were being posted and 48hrs later they arrived.
Absolutely excellent service
I had a great experience with this department store. I wanted a specific bike for my young daughter and during the pandemic bikes were hard to come by as everyone was buying bikes. I found the bike i wanted online at Harry's department store on the Shetland islands. As I live in England I was concerned about how delivery would be undertaken. I contacted them and everyone i spoke to was lovely and very helpful. Delivery was prompt with no problems at all. Great service thanks!
