He is very knowledgable and professional, taking a thoughtful and motivational approach to each training session. I have also followed his nutrition plan which both has noticeable benefits and is achievable with a busy lifestyle. I have been training with Harrison for a few months now and can really notice a difference in both my strength and attitude to the gym. Harrison has a sneaky way of making you push yourself out of your comfort zone. He comes up with interesting programs each week so you know each session is a brand new challenge, and you're guaranteed to feel the burn for several days. Highly recommended!

Training with Harrison Has been transformative for me. The sessions are challenging and very varied, Harrison chooses exercises that are targeted at working on the areas that need development and that provide a solid basis for genuine long term physical improvement. It would be hard to ever go back to training without him! In addition to this he is a pleasure to train with - friendly and encouraging but also pushes you when you need to be pushed. I didn’t go to the gym at all until a friend recommended I do an intro session with Harrison. The initial session was excellent and so I immediately signed up for regular classes that fitted around my work schedule. No single session is the same because Harrison constantly changes routines and exercises adapting them each week. The sessions are extremely good value for money given Harrison’s in-depth knowledge of muscle groups and injury prevention, his experience in the industry and the pure dedication to your training plan. Plus he has some good banter! I will remain a customer for a long time!
