Lived in a Harris & Co mamaged property for nearly 4 years and all I can do is recommend them highly. James is brillaint and the girls in the office are always polite and helpful

I don't know how this firm manage to…
I don't know how this firm manage to get any good reviews. They must be treating people who are buying and selling houses differently to people who rent like me. Most of the staff are an absolute joke, and very unprofessional. They don't do their job properly, they don't check work which has been done in rental properties. The manager always tells you she'll keep you informed of what's going on but she doesn't. I recommend you look for another estate agent.

Before we continue lets put some context on this.
You reported jobs online via the portal on the 24th March 2021 overnight and on the 25th of March 2021 we managed contact with the landlord who wanted to come into the office and discuss these things, which you were informed. On the 1st April 2021, agreed with both parties there was to be an inspection at the property with the landlord and a contactor which happened. After this date, a quote was received and the landlord wanted a further quote in which we instructed another contactor to go around to the property.
While at the property, the Landlord also suggest to you 'due to the work load of most good contactors at the minute, if you wish to get your own contractor you are more than welcome to' 4 days later you came back to us and told us you couldn't get anyone. At this point we proceeded with the contactor, however due to current work loads it wouldn't be straight away as it isn't just a simple job. At this point, we also give you the contractors number so you could liaise with them as well.
We would like to make this clear they are not employed by the estate agent, they are subcontracted.
After the phone call yesterday with my colleagues you will be dealing with myself in this matter.

I've lived in one of harris & co properties in Fleetwood for the last 3 years. and I've found a few problems. But as soon as I inform them by email or phone they get right on to the problem and they keep me up to date with what is happening I'm a very happy tenant big thank you

Harris & Co. gives a very good service to Landlords.
Harris & Co., are best Agents in the northwest and I know this because their service and professional standards leaves all the other Agents that i have used
far behind. I have used several agents in the area with relatively disappointing results.
All their staff are well trained and know exactly what
Landlords need and are looking for.
It must particularly applaud OLIVIA BENSON who has provided me with a first class service.
What an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly person she is . I am well pleased with her performance and she always does what she promises unlike many other AGENTS.

I have to say how simply amazed I am by the service from Harris and Co, I have only dealt with a few estate agents in my time but the service has been great. At every stage I have felt welcomed and accommodated. Nothing pushy knowledgeable and friendly staff. Notable members of the team are Scott and Harli who have put up with any questions I have had each time responding with professionalism yet personal. Other estate agents have replied in ways that I felt I was just a number

Rang up to enquire abouy renting some properties and a girl called Kelly answered. She gave me the relevant information and told me she had only been there 2 weeks. Her professionalism was outstanding and i never would have said she has been there 2 weeks. She asked if could come into the store so i did. I had my children with me and she treated them amazing. The shop is decorated beautiful and this company are definitely not like any other in the area they are AMAZING
