False advertising. Said made of breathable cotton it was 95% polyester and 5% elastane. That means no cotton at all. Poor quality for the price paid. Harrington and Hale London it says but it came from China. I won't try this firm again. Facebook should check their adverts because they are totally misleading at best and downright untrue at worst

I waited for this order (a dress called Luisa) from 24 July until today, 14 August. My main reason for the purchase was that it claimed to be made of cotton. It arrived just in time (f2.30pm) for an event that I was planning to wear it for tomorrow. I tried it on immediately (fit not bad) but I observed that it was 95% polyester. Had I known this I would not have ordered it and at £29.95 (down from £60.00) did not consider it as good as dresses (in tee-shirt cotton) I bought for half the price (£15.00 each) last year. I am extremely disappointed after the build-up of expectation. I will keep it but don't consider it good enough to wear for a special occasion and regret that I fell into the trap of purchasing an item which I had assumed was made in England but actually turned out to be made in China.

Appalling service. I irdered a breathable cotton dress. When it arrived it was 80% polyester and 20% elastane. For a refund i had to send the dress back to the warehouse, which i did and paid for it to be tracked ,only to be told afterwards i should have sent it back to CHINA!! The same dress has since been featured on my social media under at least 8 different company names, all sounding very English. A total scam@

I ordered a dress from the company. The order link they sent could not be traced. However, the parcel did arrive after a couple of weeks and I am happy with my purchase.

I ordered a dress and which looked nothing like the advertised item. The neck line was far too low, the sleeves were too short and the pattern wasn't polka-dot, it was more like daisies. Getting a refund was impossible until I reported them to PayPal and received a full refund within 24 hours. There is no way to leave feedback on their website.

1 Star only to be able to write review. Like others I feel have been fooled and cheated. Unfortunately I completed an order back in May before reading any reviews so spent nearly £200 which was taken immediately. I also immediately cancelled the order within minutes rather than their ridiculous limit of 6 hours. Since then they have repeatedly ignored my cancellation and requests for refund. The tracking of order is apparently stuck in China. They are ignoring the Distance Selling Regulations in this country and I receive email probably from a non-existent customer service name. Does anyone know of an actual trading address or contact number for them. Has anyone got a full refund?

Wld put -100 stars if I could. I ordered 2 dresses - both arrived but were unsuitable. Was offered a discounted price if I wanted to order replacement dresses (so spend even more)?!!! Out of principle I opted to return. Paid costly postage due to being tracked to China. Held in customs for about 2 months - now have an email to say customs charging £10 to release items and this can be deducted from any refund due. I have already lost all monies I paid for the dresses in the first place so they have me "over a barrel". This company is unbelievable - deceptive and completely immune and uncaring to the distress they cause their unfortunate customers who have spent hard earned money to purchase goods which cost more to return the items than to originally purchase. SOMEONE SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN PLEASE!!!!

Like others was completely misled. Clothing is cheap, took weeks to arrive and they are ignoring my emails to return. Has anybody actually achieved a refund? Complete scam.

I looked carefully at the add , the address andcontent . I was taken in by the wonderfully “English “ looking couple in the add ; and the of London !!!
And yes have been offered 20% refund and keep the goods .
I am so disappointed in myself for being fooled. Has anyone managed a satisfactory outcome ??

I wish I had read previous entries- this company is a Chinese scammer, don’t use it. It purports to be a British company- the received item was poor but returning it is almost impossible.

I dont know where to start. Its just such a bad dress, its almost a joke. Firstly, it looks like a maternity dress but less useful. It should be size 12 but its a big shapeless mess. Secondly, its so poorly made. Its obviously not made in this country aand someone says it was made in china and I could believe it. It took ages to arrive and in a way I wish it hadn't because I could just ask for a full refund, which others say is almost impossible to get.So here it is. My wife has started to unpick it and is going to make a skirt as the rest cannot be salvaged. She still likes the pattern so is determined to get something out of this disaster.
Please don't waste your time or money with this company. Thery really shoudn't be in business.

The company advertises a shop in London in the photo but the business is based in China. The delivery of my dress took several weeks and it was not made of 100% cotton as advertised but polyester. The company guarantees 100% satisfaction with refunds but this did not happen. They offered 30% refund or I had to post it back to China. I contacted my credit card company who reimbursed me and took up the dispute

This website looks like a reputable shop in London but it is a scam website the shop does not exist. Items get shipped from China nothing like beautiful dresses advertised, and rock hard ‘orthopaedic’ sandals. I cancelled orders almost immediately but they still shipped them, not fit for purpose shocking. Barclaycard are investigating my claim and I have reported to Action Fraud and CAB. The company have offered a 70% refund and keep the goods or post to China at my own expense and if they receive them I would get a full refund. They are still trading and under a different non existing London dress shop wish I had googled reviews first instead of thinking it was reputable

I wouldn’t give this company a star at all.China scam.I’ve had the same problem as all the other reviews. Got to send dress back to China, although there is a return address on the parcel from a unit in Southhal UB25LF. My own fault for ordering off Instagram. Lesson learned the hard way.

To get a full refund it has to be posted back to China at my own expense. They have offered me a 20% refund to keep the dress. I'll never wear it the material is horrible. It does say in the small print that you have to pay postage to return an item but not that it has to be sent to Chona. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their descriptions are fraudulent.

I ordered ‘Luisa’ , a striped cotton midi dress priced at £29.95 , via an online advert from this company.
The advert implied that the company is operating from London. The dress eventually was delivered but was not made of cotton but instead a cheap polyester fabric. When I contacted customer service I was offered a 20% partial refund or I could return the dress to China at my own expense. They would give a full refund after the dress was delivered to the Chinese warehouse. As the cost of posting was almost as much as the value of the dress I reluctantly chose the partial refund. I am convinced that the dress made out of cotton fabric is non existent and that the whole exercise is a scam. I have expressed my feelings to the customer service and take no pleasure in stating that I wouldn’t order from them ever again.

Buyer Beware!

I stupidly didn't check reviews before purchasing and ordered 2 dresses of the same style.
Eventually they were delivered from China and although they were supposed to be the same size (Large) one was far too tight and the other like a tent!
Customer Services did email me to say that if I wanted to return them it would be to China at my own expense!.Also offered a 20% refund. I replied but they haven't responded unfortunately.
I'll never order from a Facebook company again without checking the reviews but it was an expensive mistake!

I thought that I was buying a lovely stripped cotton dress. How wrong I was. The sizing was wrong. Also the material was 100% flimsy man made fibre and definitely not cotton as advertised. Also this company pretends to be based in London. It’s not. It is in China. They should be reported for false information. I just wish I had read the reviews before parting with my money. I am now trying to get my money back through Charge Back from my bank.

As others have written, I was misled thinking this was a British company offering good quality clothes. How wrong was I, more money down the drain having received a flimsy dress in nasty material instead of the blue and white linen it looked in the picture. Beware of buying, read reviews first and see how many 1 stars there are!
