There are a lot of jewellers in Hatton Garden so choosing one can be quite daunting, however, I felt Harper Tait offered genuine expertise, honesty, and attention to detail that I could trust. I would highly recommend Paul and Harper Tait to anyone looking for a truly personalised experience and a ring that’s unique.

The Harper Tait service was simply exceptional throughout. I met with George and throughout the entire process he was able to help me design the most perfect ring. I could not be more grateful for all the insight he offered and he was a delight to do business with. I would absolutely recommend Harper Tait.

Paul and George at Harper Tait were incredible. They were warm and welcoming the first time I went in and went above and beyond to ensure that the ring I bought was bespoke and specifically tailored to what I wanted. They were engaging, patient and communicative on timings and offered a first class service. Would recommend to anyone.

Working with Paul was a great experience. From the very first meeting he was welcoming, wasn't pushy in making a sale and was very helpful with the information he shared.
The ring I wanted to make was unusual with a ruby focus rather than a diamond and some more complex gold work. Other jewellers had turned me away for it being too complex or wanted to ship the design to China but Harper Tait were ready to work with me and make the ideas I had a reality.
There was no pressure on upselling, the ring came in far below the initial budget we discussed and it was because with Paul's guidance we found the right stones for the design that didn't break the budget.
The ring is incredible, finally seeing it after Paul's sketches and the CAD images was great. Ive received so many compliments from friends and fsmily, but most importantly the fiance loves it.
I am very happy that I went with Harper Tait and would definitely use their services again, we are planning to work with them on the wedding bands next.

Paul was a pleasure to deal with. Really personable, transparent and easy to communicate with. He took the time to educate me through out the process and offered non-conflicting advice, which I valued highly. Not to say, the engagement ring I had made was an absolute hit and has received many compliments!

Excellent experience! George was great at helping us chose our wedding rings, very friendly and super fast. Even got my ring resized on the same day, as it was a tiny bit too tight for me. Would 100% recommend!

We stumbled across Harper Tait place after reading that it was one of the most recommended spots in Hatton Garden. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. You walk into this nondescript building, slightly unsure if you’re in the right place, and then suddenly you’re in this cosy little office.

George was calm, kind, and completely unhurried even though it was clear they had plenty going on. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel completely manageable. He talked us through everything, kept us in the loop at every stage, and genuinely seemed to care.

There’s something really comforting about feeling like someone knows exactly what they’re doing, especially when you’re buying something you’ve never bought before and (hopefully) never buy again.

We ended up going back for our wedding bands too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We are so pleased we got our wedding bands at harper tait. Not only are the rings beautiful, but George was patient and took time with us to show us all the details. As with a lot of others, I didn't know anything about rings or diamonds before searching. I found Paul (Harper Tait Fine Jewellery) from a google search as they were the highest rated ones I could find - and I am so glad I went with them. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process, my situation was slightly different as was moving abroad - he didn't rush me and force me into deciding. I had multiple in person visits, then he advised me not to purchase if I didn't fully like it, which turned out to be the best decision as he then sent me new diamonds that came onto the diamond exchange each month based on my criteria. My fiance absolutely loves the ring, which was all down to Pauls service. Couldn't recommend more highly.
