No customer service! Buyer beware! Emailed over a month, numerous times and no reply. Left voicemails and no reply. Horrible way to do business.

Don't expect simple customer service…
Don't expect simple customer service from Haro. If you're able to find the phone number, you get an annoyed recording that sends you to the info form on website. There you may record a message which they will not return. They also do not return the website message, but refer you to a dealer, whose job it is not to help you fix your bike, but buy a new one. Just my experience. Disappointed.

40th Anniversary Freestyler
Haro are a very sentimental brand for me. Ordered a 40th Anniversary frame set and multiple parts over a few different orders. All arrived promptly and didn’t disappoint. Only issue is a very short supply of parts and it’s took ages to accumulate parts I need buying direct and from dealers. Some parts look to be discontinued now which is a real shame.

Not happy with Haro
Not happy with Haro. I purchased a Shredder Pro 24 from Albe's late March this year (just a couple weeks ago). The seat was ripped before I installed it. I contacted Albe's and let them know and sent a picture of the seat as well. They sent the picture to Haro and Haro stated I must have ripped the seat. I used a socket set on the bike and just built 2 Schwinns in the past couple of weeks and had ZERO issues. I could have bought another Schwinn for almost half the cost of this bike! So Haro won't honor any warranty. This is my first and last Haro.
