Amazing service, contacted for a visit and wuote very promptly, installed very quickly - much quicker than advised, love the blinds and great value - would definitely reccomend!

Initially when the blinds were fitted the little handle for the vent on my window was snapped off. After telling harmony blinds they told me I was wrong and it was not them.. they had to come back and refit the blinds anyway as they had marks on (the man who fitted them pointed the marks out so this was nice), when they came to refit them he apologised as he found the handle within the back of the blind so it was them who broke it, he was very friendly and super glued it back on for me. I got £10 off when complaining about this (woohoo). I had 2 sets of roller blinds and also a fitted blackout blind. Wish I hadn’t bothered with the extra cost for the fitted blind, it’s a shame I cannot attach a photo to show how much light they let it. Overall quite disappointed and it’s not cheap.

in reply to response below: still waiting on a reply to get this extra bristles added to block out the light, this has not been done as the reply below suggests. I had an email asking if I wanted this done I reply saying yes please when can this be done, and I’ve been waiting ever since so have chased again today! I really wish I’d saved the money and continued to use our travel blackout blinds that we stuck on every night as they kept out much more light for a fraction of the cost

From start to finish a very professional team. Having been terribly let down by a company offering the same/similar, day/night auto controlled blind where we had been strung along and even now are still waiting for them to contact us!!! Harmony really ‘stepped up’ and attended measured and quoted for exactly what we wanted with an estimate of 2-3 weeks, which turned out to be less than that.
Supplied and fitted within 36hrs. of the blind arriving at Harmony. Very friendly staff members and scrupulous work. Would highly recommend this company and advise avoidance of ‘Unity Blinds’ of Weston super Mare.

I have received excellent service from the outset.
I consider that both Neil and Chris at Harmony Blinds in Bristol have gone out of their way to help me by visiting my home on 2 occasions to offer advice on preparatory work I had to carry out and also provide help over the phone. On every occasion their response was swift and courteous.
My new electric awning is both neat and unobtrusive and cost what I consider to be a fair price.
I am therefore happy to recommend this company.

Harmony were very supportive with our request for an awning inside our conservatory. They gave us advice and recommended the correct side. Plenty of fabrics to choose from. Fitted with no mess, cleaned up afterwards. We have also had blinds fitted to the conservatory windows with good quality fixings. Excellent service end to end from consultation to installation.

Friendly service at our home measuring and going through our options. The fitting was quick and beautifully done, the installers were polite and professional. We did have a chain break on a roman blind but after a phone call, were there in a blink and fixed it no fuss.
The quality of the blinds is excellent and the black out backing a sheer blessing (though not sheer or they'd be see through ;) ).
