Success in returning Suppliments.
My mother is based in Hearvey Bay and recieved the Suppliments from Ormeau QLD. She does not believe she signed up for these suppliments. Nore did she realise it was a 3 monthly subscription. The company they kept taking $396.60 out of her bank every time she recieved a parcel. This happened twice and we managed to get hold of the company on this number +64 7 810 8560. They Rep was very helpful and emailed her a return document for each deliveries and said they would honour the 30 day money back guarantee (for both deliveries). She had to ship the products back to NZ from Australia and had to list them as "Herbal Remedies" to get Australia Post to accept and send them. She sent them via tracked international post, which took about a 1 week and cost approx $AU19. She recieved a full refund a couple of days after the parcel arrived in NZ. They also said the parcel had to be returned in the same packaging as it was recieved in. We are very happy with the result and as long as you get the return document and return reference number you should be able to get a refund. I hope this is helpful to you.
Disappointed results
I took 5 bottles of Sentinel Glycogen in the belief and following the blurb of your advertising specialist to help with diabetics but it had no effect with the diabetics or weight. Put me down as one of your successful cons
Bait-and-switch subscription
I was baited into a subscription I never wanted. After my first order, over a month later I was suddenly charged over $300 AUD plus delivery fees without my consent. I initially thought I was being scammed and even cancelled my credit card.
I never agreed to receive this product again, and there was no clear warning that this would happen.
The whole process feels misleading and unfair. I don’t recommend this company.

My dad placed an order and did not realise it would be a subscription. It was very well hidden and he had another $299 taken from his account. No warning no order confirmation email. I assisted him in send back the product and completing the RMA form within the 30 days.
It has now been 2 months and still nothing! no communication back, no refund, live chat is a joke and no one picks up the phone!
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. I unclicked the subscription and yet they still sent another 299 dollars worth of products. I've had to cancel my bank card so they cannot continue to steal my money.
Not a reputable company
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. As other reviews have mentioned, they lure you in with an automatic refill order, and it’s genuinely difficult to get a refund. I’m currently pursuing a complaint with the ACCC. We really need to do more to warn others. This company’s practices are deeply concerning, and no one else should have to go through the same experience.
Refunds
I returned my products which i received from a subscription I didn't know i had signed up for. They were in perfect condition. I have emailed and live chatted to the company but still NOT received a refund of 272.42 after 6 weeks of them receiving the products back. All I am told is be
patient! It's pass a joke. Such a dishonest company that does not honour the 30 day money back policy. Discusting customer service .
Slimy!
Technically not scammers, just scumbags. Recently helped my 80 year old great auntie get out of an automatic recurring bulk subscription. There is a tiny checkbox when buying a $60 bottle of Glyco Balance that she didn’t see (because they make it so hard to realise what you are signing up for and the box is already ticked before checkout) and she inadvertently agreed to a recurring subscription of $257! No order confirmation emails, no email to confirm she had signed up for a subscription- no communication whatsoever. She received her original order and then was shocked when later $257 was debited from her account TWICE and she received bulk orders in the mail with no paperwork inside them so she couldn’t even figure out where they were coming from or how to cancel.
This company preys on the elderly and their lack of internet expertise, and most of their business relies on taking advantage of elderly people who don’t understand that the subscription box comes auto-selected and you have to manually opt out of the bulk auto subscription.
Thankfully after contacting them and demanding refunds they obliged (once I helped my aunt send the unopened product back).
Avoid avoid avoid. They are sneaky.
