The Harley Medical Group Recensioni 

This will be my third Review of Harley Medical Group.
I had my Breast Augmentation surgery carried out in the 28th November 2021.
My implants Bottomed Out.
The clinic I originally went to was in Southampton: this clinic closed requiring me to make numerous visits to see the surgeon; Mr El Gammal, in London.
Apparently LCHMG deliver ‘World Class Care’ but this is clearly only up until you have paid; I found the surgeons and the employees attitudes dismissive and unhelpful leaving me despondent.
However, through perseverance in September 2022 they agreed they would revise my implants but I would need to pay an additional £500 for new implants.
My last visit to see Mr El Gammal he tells me he’s leaving the company 👌🏽.
He ‘assured’ me he will return to complete my revision…..🤔
6 months later - I’m still waiting for surgery.
If you read their terms and conditions;
“Once revision surgery has been agreed, it must take place within 12 months, after which time full prices will be applicable to the procedure.”

“The Surgeon who provides the Procedure is responsible for the outcome of that Procedure. If the original operating Surgeon is not available, it may not be possible to find another Surgeon willing to undertake Revision surgery free of charge, in which case LCHMG Limited reserves the right to review the basis, if any, upon which any additional surgery is provided.”

I have no reason to believe that LCHMG have ever had any intention of carrying out my revision surgery and I believe that they have every intention of letting the 12 months pass and then telling me I have to pay for the surgery.

I have just had my BA on 6th March via the Nottingham clinic. My initial consultation was with Layla, and I have to say she was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions in a significant amount of detail. I then had a second appointment with both Layla and Hazem Khout, my surgeon. Again they were both very thorough, listened to my requests and answered any and all questions I had. I then had my Pre Op with Adele, the nurse who again was great! Following this I had a second appointment with Hazem Khout and a lady called Sarah, again, both very thorough and detailed. Then I went for my surgery, and this is the only reason they've gotten 4 stars and not 5, is because of Burcott Hall. Some of the pre op information on Burcott Hall needs updating as it wasn't accurate upon arrival. I didn't find the staff there particularly attentive, my surgeon was great whilst he was there as always! As for the staff from Burcott Hall, I was a bit disappointed, I was one of the later patients to have surgery and initially was left to sleep off the anaesthetic. However, then it got to around 2 hours post waking up and it seemed like they were desperate to get rid of me, at this point I still didn't realise that there was no overnight facility at the hospital. From then on, it felt as though they were trying to rush me out, but they kept saying I hadn't peed enough, and this was because information had not been passed down. I ended up being in the hospital for 12 hours, which is a very long time, and much longer than I was told I would be in, so please just bare that in mind. Post surgery I had my call from Adele the following day which was lovely, and I sent her an email aswell 3 days in just to check on how I was healing and she was very reassuring when she rung me back to discuss. I also received a call from Layla one week post op to check how I was recovering, which I really thought was lovely. I have my post op appt with Adele tomorrow who I'm sure will be lovely as always. So far I am happy with the results, I am aware they need to drop and fluff a lot more but so far so good

I must say I had the best experience with THMG. After researching for a long while I decided to go with THMG and I wasn’t disappointed. Firstly Tamsyn’s organisation of appointments and documents is second to none! She answered all my questions, which I had in abundance, articulately and she is incredibly personable. I had an issue of my own the night before my surgery and Tamsyn replied and gave me the information I needed late into the night and had she not have I would have been incredibly unprepared. Post op support and customer service was as brilliant as before. She has made this entire experience a pleasure and a credit to this company. My experience would not have been the same without her and after speaking to her for well over 2 hours on our 1st call she is the reason I ended up going with THMG.

My surgeon was Helena. It was important for me to go for a female surgeon and she is incredibly talented. Her years of experience shine through and I loved that she was open in her opinion of what options she thought was best suited to me. I had a change of heart and wanted a second consultation with her which she was happy to do and was just as informative and supportive as she was at our first session. I traveled all the way up to Nottingham from south England and she was well worth the journey! Results are great and I’m super happy with her work.

Finally Ioana in the Harley Street clinic was my post op nurse and she was also full of great tips to ease the pain and gave great advice on sleeping elevation levels that has made a big difference to my pace of recovery. She has a gentle touch and was able to remove all the dressings that were stuck to me in a pain free manner and ensured I had a number to call if I needed anything else.

I’d like to thank everyone for my experience and for giving me a new chapter with more confidence.

I would like to thank Harley Medical Group, where I had two surgeries: rhinoplasty and breast augmentation (I had a large nose with a hump and a flat chest).

I got an appointment the next day after my first call, where I met a wonderful Tamsyn, who shared her personal experience kindly, answered all my questions, patiently and caring. So warm, so good.

Tamsyn recommended Dr. Samouris, the great and incredible. I felt safely in his magic hands. Instead of one planned surgery we decided to do rhino and BA in one day. All chaperones, reception ladies, nurses (Jazzmeen, Madu, Sally) at both, Harley Medical and Harley Health Village, the anaesthetist Dr Ouen, all were helpful, supportive and good at what they do.

I feel lucky and grateful to all. Nice people, great team and whole experience, from the first call until now. Thank you for my transformation. Big thank you. I would recommend HMG to all.

In January 2023 I had my breast Augmentation. Stacey and Georgina in the Watford clinic have been nothing but amazing in answering all my questions or concerns throughout the process. Having a clinic nearby was one of the factors of my decision to go with THMG.

On the day of my surgery I was really impressed with the care at the Harley Health Village and felt looked after by the surgeon Dr George.

During my initial consultation and visits Stacey was amazing at telling me all the information I needed without feeling pressured to make a decision. I felt Dr George really listened to what I wanted to achieve and I couldn’t be happier with my results. In my post-op appointments Georgina has been helpful, professional and friendly.

Whilst I will leave a review after surgery also, i cant thank the staff enough for the kindness shown to me, absolutely 100% spot on.

I had Vaser Liposuction performed by Dr Leonardo Fasano on my chest, axilla, upper and lower abdomen, flanks and inner thighs spread across 2 sessions. I cannot rate every single part of this procedure high enough, it has been truly life changing. I've gone from actively avoiding mirrors to feeling confident in my own skin. The change has not only been a fantastic physical one, but mental too, I am so so much happier in myself. My only regret is that I didn't get this done sooner! Dr Fasano was fantastic; at no point during the process did I feel unsure about anything. The staff at Kat and Co were also great, they were all friendly and informative and I felt in safe hands. The recovery could not have been smoother, I needed no more than a few paracetamols for a couple of days and I was happy to get back to work only one week later. If anyone reading this is on the fence about getting this done then I 100% recommend you go for it, life-changing!

I completed my entire Harley Medical journey with Ioana as my nurse and she was absolutely fantastic! She provided advice and guidance whenever I needed and elevated any worries I had. Ioana has a personal touch and really cares for her patients!

Dr Fasano did an amazing job at sculpting my body. It's important to pick a doctor with a vision that you have faith in, as I’ve seen from the variety of results from different practitioners that liposuction is far more of an artistic sculpting procedure than a medical fat removal operation.
He kept my expectations quite managed in the consultation, but I was more than blown away with the results, and 2 months after the procedure, they are still improving.
Having had liposuction before under local anaesthetic and fully conscious, the twilight sedation in this procedure was an entirely different experience and well worth it. All I remember was having the IV put in, then the next thing was waking up in the recovery room.
Couldn't recommend more and well worth the investment.

Hello my name is Jade Parbery and I had breast augmentation surgery on Thursday the 2nd February by George Samouris. I just wanted to leave a review to say how amazing my experience was from start to finish. I first met Stacey at the clinic in Watford who was absolutely lovely and so helpful with talking me through the procedure and the different size implants I could have and what would suit my body frame. Georgina also was amazing and helpful with every question I asked and information I needed prior to the surgery. I am sooooo soo pleased with the outcome already and it’s only been a couple of days! George was really easy to talk to and made me feel really relaxed the day of the surgery. I originally wanted a slightly bigger implant but was advised the size was to big for my frame and I am very pleased I went with the size smaller as they suit me so much more than I thought. Recommend you to everyone❤️

I met Stacey Brova for my first consultation she informed me on everything I need to know for my next steps and for the process of the operation. She answered all my questions couldn’t recommend her enough! I’m now waiting to have the procedure can’t wait!

I went for a consultation for Rhinoplasty at the Brighton Clinic 5 February 2020. When I was finally seen by the surgeon, Dr. Mark Solomos, he made no effort to listen to me. I literally just sat down and was told he didn't want to go ahead with the consultation without even letting me talk about the surgery I needed. He did not even give a valid reason or tell me before the day that he wouldn't do the surgery. It was confirmed at the time that he decided to dsicriminate against me due to my disability, which is a criminal offence under the Equality Act 2010. First, they mentioned that his English wasn't very good. They then came up with elaborate lies about him having hearing issues. I didn't see any mention of him being deaf anywhere in my consultation pack. The person who did my initial consultation actually understood everything I was saying and did not mention Dr. Mark Solomos' problems. The bigoted see you en tee Dr. Mark Solomos was reported as having left the organisation since it went into administration.

Hearing all those fake testimonials during the holding process in the telephone calls is extremely cringeworthy and sounds fake as it is not an accurate representation of the clinic. I believe we all remember doing this activity in primary school. I had to call numerous times a week for the past 18 months, and several times the call was hung up deliberately for no reason. I have called them back every month trying to follow up on it but they kept me waiting and said someone would get in touch with me but they never did so I rang them constantly. Also, I visited the premises to ask why they weren't calling back. There is no reasoning with these people - they refused to accept any responsibility for their incompetent service and their surgeons. They constantly wouldn't give me an explanation as to why he didn't even start the consultation. I have told them many times that the service they provide is absolutely ridiculous and their staff are such timewasters, but they just shrug it off and don't want to admit they were in the wrong. They constantly refuse to accept they have acted inappropriately.

As this is a criminal matter, Sussex Police have been made aware of the shady and corrupt attitudes of the staff and surgeons. Citizens Advice have referred this to Trading Standards. In addition to this, the Disability Law Service are looking into it. There is no reasoning with these people - they are always making the same comments every time I call them up, and I feel they are just ignoring me every time I follow up on it. When I followed up with them, they continued to harrass me with childish and petty threats. The discriminatory behaviour they uphold is that of the 1980s. They went as far as contacting a solicitor to supposedly defend their prejudices, like a spoiled kid hiding behind their parents. It was at this point that they regurgitated the story about Dr. Mark Solomos having hearing problems. It is laughable how they have the mentality of playing the bully and then act like the victim. How can they be talking about suffering "harm and stress" when people have suffered mental health problems throughout the pandemic? I can see from the other poor reviews that I am not alone in this. They seem to think that as a big company, they can win, but they seem to forget that I still have a voice. It is important for me to take a stand against bigotry and my rights. It would also help other people who have had to deal with the same issue, and I hope they also come forward with their experiences.

Don't tell me to email the Customer Services when I've had to endure years of abuse from the staff claiming I said the surgeon had communication problems being Greek. I had sent screenshots of emails proving you wrong and they tried playing the victim saying that it is causing them "harm and stress" replying to them. Trash.

I had a breast enlargement with Dr Fateh Ahmad last year with Harley Medical Group and I’m very very happy with the results. I highly recommend Harley Medical Group and Dr Ahmad is a brilliant surgeon and he is very experienced. Number 1 surgeon 10/10

I had great experience with all of my pre and post op appointments with Jazzmeen Quizon. She made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had before and after my surgery.

I would highly recommend the HMG and surgeon George Samouris, he answered all my questions made me feel in safe hands and the results are amazing.

I was very anxious about making my decision to have a breast reduction but I found talking to other people who’ve been through it and seeing different clinics helped me make up my mind and I knew HMG was the right one for me.

The nurses have all been very attentive with frequent follow up calls and checkups as I was healing. I could ask them anything and they’d help. Throughout the whole process I’ve felt very supported. Thank you, best decision I’ve ever made!

From the very first appointment i was discussed in thorough detail every part of the surgery and Layla was so lovely throughout and was such a friendly face that has been so so helpful during the whole process and has put any of my worries or concerns at ease and has always replied to any of my phone calls or emails straight away. Then at the consultation Layla and mr Khout he was also very informative and again so loveky and approachable he discussed with me in depth every step of the procedure and helped me pick the perfect implant. i would strongly recommend this company to anyone else and after having a bad experience previously the difference is huge i was never once rushed into anything!

Layla as been very helpful she’s talked through everything with me and answered all my questions I’ve not had surgery as yet but I’m excited

Layla was very polite, friendly and well informed. She was really good to talk to, and she made my consultation experience very positive. I am looking forward to seeing her again at the next consultation, as she is somebody I felt comfortable with whilst talking about my concerns.

I had my surgery in October 2022, my nurse Ioana was brilliant throughout.

Ioana was extremely friendly and approachable, she answered all my questions pre and post op! She was also always available and never made me feel like I was being a pain or asking any silly questions (which I know I did haha).

Ioana also called me the day before & the day after my surgery - this was a lovely touch, she instantly made me feel better and put me at ease.

I couldn’t thank Ioana enough for all of her support, she truly made my experience. Thank YOU!

Laya was very personable, knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. She listened, answered any questions and followed up from my initial appointment with information as requested. My experience to date with Layla and the Consultant has been extremely positive. They've both allowed me to take my time and have follow up discussions as required. A real personal service-thank you.
