It was a Long Long time until I got it.
The quality is Not satisfying. And with Tax and other more pounds of Money the product is too expansiv. I would Not Order it and other time.

The product was ok although the holes in the peg top was incorrect. They should have been 7mm not 5mm. Easily corrected with a drill. Would use this company again

The item I wanted was for a 2007 vehicle but you had it in stock and it arrived quickly. Job done customer happy. Many thanks.

For a repair on my caravan, I recently ordered some Whale cold water piping. It is clear plastic with a blue line to signify its purpose. It is consistent with all the other piping in the van and it took me some time to find a supplier who had it in stock. When the item was received, I was surprised to find that I had been sent standard John Guest blue pipe. Whilst it was adequate for purpose, it was not what I ordered, nor wanted. I rang them to explain and was told to return it for a refund. They hadn’t had enough in stock to complete the order. I asked if they would be sending a returns label, but the lady, who sells directly from home, said no, but that she would refund any reasonable postage amount. I returned the goods using exactly the same method she used to send them, Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. I was annoyed to then find that, whilst she had refunded the cost of the goods, the postage was not included. The order value was £7.32 and the postage was £3.39. The refund was £7.99? I don’t know how it could have been sent to me for 67p, I don’t believe it possible? It has taken up too much of my time and energy now with emails and phone calls and I have completed the job without replacing the pipe. Buyer beware!
