Mixed feelings
Understandable with Christmas, December's subscription order did not arrive until I sent a message to them, I then received the parcel. Whilst I had an email on the 31st regarding January's order being shipped I have not had the parcel on the 7th of February, as a result I have cancelled my subscription and I have messaged/emailed regarding the prospect of having a refund. Other then the mishaps regarding postage customer service is okay and normally good at responding

Happy customer
I've bought a few Sabbat boxes and digital downloads. Really nice stuff which I'm able to incorporate into my practice. The physical items come beautifully packaged.

Hi Nita, (editing because I have now found your order via your email address)
The item you ordered on 12th October was a pre-order for dispatch on 26th November, which was detailed in the product title and in the description. All of these stockings were shipped out on the 26th November as planned. I have heard from some other customers that they have not received them as of yet and I am following up with Royal Mail. I will add you to list.
Gorgeous products that smell divine!

My fave witchy store
I've been ordering from Hares Empourium for awhile now, every time I get something from here it feels so magickal and everything is very safely packaged. The shop owner is very communicative and happy to help or let you know about anything concerning your purchases.
