Hardrock Bet has to be the worst Sportsbook in the world. It is very sad that their are no other legal options in Florida. My account has been suspended for months without an explanation I have made numerous attempts to rectify it I did all the verifications they requested and yet my account is still closed.

So this is an update as of my email screenshots reviews everywhere I open the app and there is a $50 Goodwill casino bonus so I don't know if that's the $50 friend referral money but you have to play it five times through there's a ticker in there in the rewards to show you how far you've gotten and my friend has one too but my sister and I still don't have the 50 that she referred me and we are supposed to receive $50 also the bonus that's not to mention so still not really sure what it is and there's no explanation in my emails or anything sorry about the long winded paragraph but it is what it is thank you trustpilot🔥🔥My review is my sister gave me a friend referral and it didn't work I went to support and they said, I already signed up ????:uuummmm no and I didn't they just started their online site in Michigan December 2nd there's no way so no friend referral bonus there they left me hanging in the support chat room for hours and hours nobody answering me I've emailed too nobody answered me I submitted a formal complaint today because yesterday I did a friend referral to my best friend and a whole bunch of other friends and the link is a bogus link and I sat right there with him while he clicked on the link and filled out the new player information etc deposited the required $20 and played through the required $50 & supposably both of us to get $50 nothing nobody got any referral money so I'm going to the Michigan game board I have emailed them with all the screenshots of all the referrals I've sent them all my friends that have joined and same with the referral bonus that we all deserve so make sure you check your stuff because I'm going to be on a classic lawsuit so if you have had the same problem tag along and follow me because this is crap! Make sure you screenshot and document everything I always do it says that I have invited nobody and nobody has joined friend referrals in my account which is such a lie totally fake news from hard Rock good luck people I am a dynasty gold member and also a platinum member at other platforms so don't tell me I don't know what I'm doing and reading the terms and condition and fine print for because I always do... I never hit not one bonus and blew throw the $200 with only small insignificant wins. Its a scam! So i'll get the $200 back and then have to bet the whole $200 1x in hopes of winning something in the end. After my initial experience with their games, its doubtful I will win anything! I made a deposit. Then my account was put on a security hold for no reason whatsoever. It’s been weeks of trying to get access to my account, providing various identification, just to get my deposited money back out of there. They’re running a scam. They lock your money up - you can’t bet and you can’t get it back. Stay away!
Update: My account became accessible and I got me money about 1 month later. So it's not a scam, it just takes them along time to do their checks and they don't communicate very well. Not sure if that's because I won the first and only bet I was able to make.

They have a stronghold in Florida. Sportsbetting isnt allowed through any other National company. Therefore, their customer service is laughable and they have zero respect for their customer base. They have no checks and balances and can do whatever they want because we have no other choice then to just not be allowed to bet. HardRock Tampa is great. I feel like I should mention that because Ive dealt with them for years. Ive never really had issues there but the few that have come up over the years, they've always fixed and really treated me with respect. So no shade thrown on Tampa Hardrock, but Hardrock Bet is a joke.
