The description says glass but missed reading the actual material as acrylic. Very cheap. Paid $60 and product is worth $5 at most. Return policy is misleading because website says return if not satisfied on their home page and then it’s a whole ordeal on the return page. Scam. Wish I had checked this site before purchasing.
Absolutely terrible experience. Purchased a wall sconce that says in the description that it is dimmable - it turned out to not be dimmable at all. It arrived in a box that was falling apart and without any instruction manual. It was cheap and very poorly made, and terrible quality.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. On top of their terrible products, their customer service is just as bad.
I bought flush mount lights expecting them to mount directly to flush mount ceiling cans. Nothing on the product specifications online said they used a different attachment method. When they arrived and I realized the issue I contacted Harbor Lights for a return and they have taken a week to respond and their response was just the diagram of how to attach them. I am still waiting to hear from them on how to return the lights.
I purchased a fan for a bedroom. The picture of the fan looked much larger. The fan was $150. It was worth $25 at most. It came from China. A refund was finally issued.
Waste of money. Hired an electrician to install. No instructions included on how to use the remote. None of the lights work. No return label provided. Therefore I lost a lot of money.
The wall sconce gave my entryway a much cleaner look. It was packed carefully, arrived a little late but without damage
it was never disclosed the light would come from China and took 2 weeks to arrive.
