I used them to get a Umrah package for my parents, it was thier first ever time. I wanted the whole travel for them to be as confortable as possible. I paid a little extra for the travel service from airports/hotels and between Makkah and Madina. It was even better than expected. Private transport, beautiful hotels and just amazing service. So greatful and I will be using them inshaAllah again next time I go.

I contacted Haq Travels recently. Brother Faizan is amazing person and cooperative. He's work holic and always ready to help with respect. Brother Faizan you're Kind and my prayers are always with you :)

I booked a complete Umrah package (Flights, Hotels and transport) with abdul ahad. He was great with our entire booking, providing us with all the information we needed. There were no issues throughout the trip and abdul ahad kept in contact whilst we were on Umrah to ensure everything was okay and that we were happy. I will definitely use HAQ travels via abdul ahad. brother again inshAllah.

Alhamdulillah our umrah trip went so smoothly and it wouldn’t have been without using HAQ Travels. Faizan was so helpful in booking our umrah. He listened to our needs and was able to make changes/upgrades when we needed. He even kept an eye out incase there were any upgrades or deals available so we could improve our stay. Booked our first trip for Umrah with Haq Travel. Was initially a bit dubious as all contact was through WhatsApp but, all information was provided, hotels, flights and transportation booked. Whenever there was a question to be answered, Haq Travel got back to me and gave me all the information I needed. We had an amazing trip and a big thanks to Sufyan and Haq Travel for arranging it. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Had the worst experience booking our Umrah trip with this company. We booked through Zain Ameen who continuously told us lies. We were a party of 10 people and paid for and booked 2 triple rooms and one quad room in both Makkah and Madina hotels. When we arrived in Makkah the hotel staff issued us with 3 double rooms. Zain had actually booked double rooms but took money from us for 2 triple rooms and a quad room. At this point we didn’t have enough beds per person. When we questioned Zain and asked him to resolve the problem, initially he told us his supplier in Saudi would contact hotel to resolve issue. The problem was never solved after many phone calls, email and text messages. Zain then kept telling us that it was the hotel at fault here and that the hotel have double booked rooms due to it being peak times. Hotel staff confirmed to us with proof that Haq travels had booked only 3 double rooms. Zain was not willing to take responsibility for deception. Zain simply told us we need to solve the problem with the hotel directly. (We didn’t book hotel directly, we booked through Zain) We wasted a lot of our time on the phone to Zain, sending emails and worrying about where some of our family members would sleep. The hotel staff were nice enough eventually after much discussion, to squeeze in the extra beds into the double rooms. We were squashed up in a double room with 4 beds for 6 nights.
After arriving in Madina again we had the same problem but this time the rooms were so small that extra beds could not physically accommodate the rooms. We had a big problem! We did not have enough beds to sleep on. Again the hotel confirmed to us that no quad room was booked with them by Zain. Again we paid for quad room but did not get it.
Finally after many conversations we asked to speak to Mr Qureshi (director of Haq travels trading as AFA travels). We researched our self and found out Mr Qureshi is the director. Zain informed us we cannot speak to Mr Qureshi. Eventually after threatening Zain with taking legal action against him, Zain forwarded the call to Abdullah. Abdullah was trying to carry on with Zains lies, then eventually when realised we were serious about taking legal action, finally contacted and paid the hotel to give us a quad room. By this time it was midnight!
It has been an extremely stressful time! We have been to a umrah before with other agents and have never come across any problems like this! Zain and Haq travels, shame on you for taking peoples money out of deception and not providing the service we paid for.

Recently booked an umrah trip with this company and had a great experience. Farooq was very helpful and always on hand throughout the trip for advice and guidance. Forever grateful for the help!

The service was quick and easy, and I was able to book my trip with no hassle. I really appreciated how efficient the process was, and I was able to get a great deal on my vacation. Excellent response to any query. Excellent customer service and the team really understands the situation and provides value for money itineraries. My experience with them was such great that the day I queried my trip was the day I booked my trip. It goes to show the company really tries to understand their clients and does the upmost best to find great possibilities. My biggest applaud goes to Zain who gave me the best deal for my trip. He was very professional and he cooperative to understand my needs. Honestly, he fulfilled every bit of my criteria. He was very easily approachable and even from far distance Zain kept me up to date with my trip. It’s a great attainment for the team as a whole to have a such member.

I live in a different city as to the company and I’m very happy with their service that was provided. This goes to show that Haq Travels try their best in all regions. I know I will be making all my future trips with Haq Travels and I advise all to use the service of Haq Travels.

Brother Faizan was exceptional with our entire booking, providing us with all the information we needed from flights to hotels confirming stars and everything we needed to know.
The taxi company arranged were punctual and contacted before each trip. They were so nice that we have stayed in contact with our driver.
Faizan also kept in contact whilst we were on Umrah to ensure everything was okay and that we were happy.
We couldn’t have asked for more. He was transparent with everything from the beginning.
We will definitely use HAQ travels via Faizan brother again inshAllah.

Zayn haq travel

This was my first Umrah with my family .Brother Abdullah Rehman was so helpful and kind . The arrangements he had made for us were very good. We didn’t have to worry about the transfers etc . The taxi drivers were also punctual and very helpful . The only let down was the hotels in Makkah - they were definitely not 4 star . Other than that everything was perfect. It was a memorable trip. I wish brother Abdullah all the best for the future and may Allah swt bless him along the way and give barkat in his rizq. Hope he continues to help people to do their Umrah . Will definitely recommend him and Haq travels to friends and family. Also hope to do more Umrahs InShaAllah . Jazak Allah Khair .

We had a terrible experience with them. We had not 1 but a series of bad experiences with them. First, Me and my husband booked Umrah package for 8 nights with them. But they gave us only 7 nights. This was the first thing that they did. Inspite of asking them to correct our booking, they did not pay heed. Then they did not apply for our visa on time and then told us that because of Eid UL Fitr, Saudi embassy has closed online visa applications asked my husband to visit the Saudi embassy to get it done offline. It was Ramadan and my husband was fasting. Still he went from his office straight to the embassy where he was supposed to meet one of the agents. When he reached the embassy, he was late by a few minutes so this person left without even dropping a single msg. Then the agent asked my husband to come to Ilford to his home to drop the documents. When my husband was one stop away from his home, he called my husband and asked him to go back home as our visa can be applied online as Saudi embassy has again opened the online visa applications. This was so frustrating. These people take no responsibility for anything. They charged us extremely high amount and did not give any services. They also cheated on us with the hotel bookings. They gave us a different name of the hotel in the booking voucher but when we reached medina, it was a different hotel. It was the cheapest, dirtiest hotel in Madina. They said that the name has been changed because this hotel has been taken over by the other group. However when we checked online this takeover happened a year ago. The hotel had such bad reviews that nobody would book it if they saw the present name. They gave the name of a 5 star very nice hotel which we checked online and seemed perfect but when we reached there it was a different hotel with a different name. The receptionist told us that they did not receive our payment and we had to pay in cash to check in. When we contacted the agent he insisted that we pay in cash and our cash will be refunded in the morning. The agent was trying to tell us that it was some kind of security deposit that the hotel was asking for. This was totally stupid explanation for that situation. After struggling for 5 hours at the reception, we paid cash and checked in because we didn't have any other option. These people clearly told us that if we don't check in then our booking will be cancelled and we will have to find another hotel on our own. After we checked in, They gave us room on the 10th floor that was the last floor in that hotel. The bathroom was dirty, bedsheets had stains. Beds were so narrow that you would fall down while sleeping. Beds were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning was centralized meaning we could not set the temperature as per our requirement. It was set on 23 °C and we couldn't change it. We had the worst experience of our lives in this hotel. These people kept calling my husband and asking him to go to the reception desk to talk to the receptionist regarding the refund. They disrupted our trip to such an extent that by the end of the trip we were so stressed and drained that we wanted to get back home ASAP. Please do not boom with them. They are sitting here to just rob us of our money and provide the worst services. Also, I am 100% sure all these 5-star reviews are fake. We had 2 more friends who booked with them and they also faces similar issues. We booked almost around the same time so could not share our experiences with each other. Now we tell everyone not to boom with them. They are just running scam. They don't have Allah's fear in their hearts.

This was my first ever umrah and i had no idea what i was doing! After i spoke with brother Ahad from haq travels he explained everything to me with all the details i needed. He also made the whole process very easy and straightforward! Alhamdulillah i completed my first umrah with my family although i was very anxious taking my young children and wife with me for the very first time brother Ahad made the process from the start to finish very easy and precise! Thank you very much look forward to booking again with you in the near future in sha allah
