Yes there's no iTunes for Kenya region and the region is indicated clearly on the product page before you make a purchase. Change your apple ID to US and the $10 Apple will work, and then you can change this review to 5 🌟 star.

I texted this guys a few minutes to midnight. They responded on WhatsApp immediately and guided me through the whole process
When I didn't get the code through email, a representative was at hand to help me and send me the code on WhatsApp. Then they went ahead and helped me until my PSN plus subscription succeeded.
