Hello Brandon, by fake codes I assume you saw xxxxxx. This usually means the code will be delivered after 5-8 minutes. Upon looking at your order you bought $5 and $25. $5 got delivered instantly and $25 some minutes later. I have checked the codes and have been used meaning you got them. For calls we open at 10:30 AM and availabile on WhatsApp all the time. If we addressed your concern you can change the review to five, if not it's cool 👍. For someone reading this:

We don't think so you bought an Xbox ultimate global and it was confirmed it is working unless you are a novice check YouTube videos on how to redeem it. In future if you don't know or not sure how to use a product we encourage to first contact us for help.

Your payment was voided on PayPal as suspicious/fraudulent and it didn't go through. Contact PayPal if you have issues. Going forward use mpesa as payment and you will be able to order.
