Very bad service and customer support. Additionally, the product was not as described and seems fake (the liquid had mixed colour - brown and yellow & the cartridge looked like it was opened previously and it had a burnt taste), but that is not the point.

I ordered 2x Batteries and 2x Cartridges, but I received only one of both. I couldn't establish any contact with customer support as they do not answer when you send them an e-mail (which is the only way to contact them).

Zeer snelle verzending en goede service. Ze reageren snel op vragen en uitstekend product rechtstreeks uit America. Beste cartridges verkrijgbaar in Nederland op dit moment.

Great service, only post carrier is realy slow. Takes at least 4 days. But that is not happy vapes fault. One remark, maybe 1mg cartridges in stead of 0.5.

Quick shipment and customer service replies. Quality product. Planning to buy some more in the future.

GOOD: The product is good and does what it should.
NOT GOOD: Customer service and order delivery times are very slow. What I ordered was not specifically what I received, and customer service is slow to react.

These are fake vape cartridges. The liquid color does not match with the real one. It does not hit you. The vape battery is not the one on the website. You get a complete different battery. The vapes does not come with the originally black boxes. Also the amount you get is not mentioned on the website. These are all 0,5 grams cartridges instead of 1 gram. So all with all I would not recommend happy vape

Deze mensen zijn TOP! Voor iedere vraag snel een antwoord. Ik ben erg tevreden over de rove vapes. Jammer altijd te snel op. :-)
Maar dat ligt eerder aan me zelf dan aan hen. Hopelijk zijn snel de rove's van 1g beschikbaar. Maar wie weet wat de toekomst brengt, bij happy vape! Thenx en keep up the good work!
