Scam ! The product ordered is not good quality

Experiența mea cu Happy Koala a fost foarte dezamăgitoare. Produsele primite sunt necorespunzătoare și de o calitate foarte slabă, nicidecum la nivelul prezentat pe site.

Serviciul de relații cu clienții este neserios. Numărul de telefon este indisponibil, iar comunicarea se face foarte greu. Procesul de retur este complicat și durează nejustificat de mult. Mi s-a spus că există întârzieri din cauza unui volum mare de retururi, însă această explicație pare doar o scuză pentru lipsa de organizare și pentru întârzierea procesării.

Nu recomand această companie. Dacă aveți nevoie să returnați un produs sau să rezolvați o problemă, pregătiți-vă pentru multă bătaie de cap și lipsă de seriozitate.

Happy mammoth aka happy koala one big con. Despite having all the mythical excellent reviews= false advertising… not limited to that but the products are all a scam too! avoid!!

Nu au produsul pe stoc nici nu te informează și nici banii nu ii am primit înapoi. Derbedei.

My experience with HappyKoala.ro was extremely unpleasant!!!!
I ordered 2 products (I even paid for delivery).
I received the two products but the numbers didn't match so I returned them. I received confirmation of the return. After a month and a half later, the package hadn't arrived and although I tried to contact them on all channels I didn't receive any response from them (I made over 30 phone calls to them, Facebook, e-mail - I only received a few automated responses with apologies for the delay and a link where I could "check the status" of my order - accessing the respective link with the order number, I saw my order in the permanent "order in process" phase... after "delivery problems - Fancourier").
I think I will appeal to consumer protection sites and why not the police for fraud.

Foarte foarte slab. Support 0/10, politica de retur 0/10, scammers 10/10. Am făcut cerere de retur, dar nu mi-a răspuns nimeni. În câteva zile se fac 14 zile (drept de retur) și nu mai pot face nimic. Evident că asta este schema lor, așteaptă să treacă acele 14 zile să nu mai poți face retur. Jale cu voi. Prima și ultima oară. Cred că ar fi trebuit să mă uit la review-uri despre acest site înainte să cumpăr.
Am postat acest review pe 11.02.2025.
Suntem in 20.04.2025 și nu am primit niciun răspuns și niciun leu pe retur având în vedere că toate detaliile au fost corecte!
Next step?: ANPC. Chiar îmi pare rău dar nu am ce face. Succes!

I have some new developments - unfortunately, even more negative experience.
After my previous review on trust pilot I have received an email from this dubious business, letting me know that a refund has been operated and I'll receive my money in max 10 days.
This was precisely 20 days ago and no refund into my account!!!
I really hope that anyone who contemplates entrusting this site will see my and other people's review about them, in time... 🙏🏻🙏🏻
It's an absolute NO to order anything from this store!!!

Products came in a bad condition, their packaging is horrible. Do not ever order from this webstore, they won't answer the help-line. Also their return policy is terrible, they will make you suffer the costs of transporting, while other companies will never do that.

I ordered a happy med for $16 the next month they took $62 out of my account with out my permission then when I finally got package sent back at my own cost they say it would take up to 14 days to refund my money HATEThis company

Do not order! I had a bad experience. I ordered Breezefun sandals shoes. One of them, the right shoe was smaller, tighter, even if the size written was the same. It also has an obvious factory flaw: the camping system was on the inside, instead of the left one, which had it on the outside, like it was supposed to. I tried to call, no answer at their phone number. I tried the steps for the return package/change on their website, it doesn't work. You put your order number but you cannot go any further. I have no communication with them and I got a broken shoe. I do not recommend, I think they are scam.

I ordered ACTIVECREW unisex sandals, with a good descriptions.
today I've got my parcel. inside something that they want me to think that it's what i ordered , some similarity with original description, but looking like a bad joke. Asking for refund, nearly impossible. I guess it's a big scam

am luat niste sandale care trebuiau sa fie din piele. sunt din cel mai ordinar plastic. produsul e trimis din slovenia.

I ordered and fully payed some sandals. It's been 16 days now, during which I exchanged a lot of messages with the seller, because the delivery company hasn't even contacted me to bring me the package. Today I gave up waiting in vain and asked for a full refund. Total waste of time and energy, maybe even a scam.

De 10 zile am trimis comanda si nu am primit

Sunt foarte neseriosi si nesimtiti!! Nu raspund la telefon/ mesaje/ mailuri. Am luat o pereche de papuci si i-am contactat in legatura cu returul si nici macar nu aveau habar despre procedura ce trebuie urmata. Intr-un final am facut returul si nu am primit nici un ban inapoi. Evitati site-ul happy koala si pinkmintlove!
