Jonathan was very helpful, understanding and accommodating. He answered all of my questions.

David was a wonderful to work with in planning our trip to the Galapagos. After an initial discussion he provided a range of detailed options to choose from. The trip went exactly as planned. Any minor issues such as the where to meet our guide on a particular day were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Would definitely use HappyGringo again and recommend to anyone visiting the Galapagos.

I can hardly put in words how amazing our experience with Happy Gringo was. Jacky talked to me over an initial call and then followed up with emails to put together a perfect land-based week-long trip to the Galapagos. We were travelling with 4 middle aged people, 2 older (70+) people, as well as 2 teenagers, so the itinerary was a bit of a challenge. But every. single. detail was organized and ALL of our tours and transportation helpers were on time and absolutely wonderful. The hotel she picked for us on Isabela Island was fabulous. We contacted the company twice during the trip - once urgently and once to ask a favor, and they were responsive immediately both times. My ONLY complaint is (for myself!!) the fact that I had made a few arrangements before I contacted her. I wish I had let Jacky and Happy Gringo handle _everything_ for our trip, instead of just "most" of it!!! Our whole group is 100% satisfied and will tell everyone how wonderful they are! Thank you for a lifetime of memories!!

She never sent vouchers or any information regarding: the tour & was not reachable when inquiring about the vouchers. She was quick to ask for payment though.

I appreciate how patient Fabricio has been with me as we have worked to create an itinerary that is tailored to our needs. He has provided valuable insight about what we can expect in Quito, the Galapagos, Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu. I look forward to meeting and thanking him in person.

J’ai trouvé Happy gringo suite à des recherches sur des sites et dans un guide de voyage. J’ai tout de suite été prise en charge par votre conseiller David qui a bien cerné notre besoin d’être organisé pour certaines activités aux Galapagos. Nous sommes 5 adultes alors il fallait s’assurer d’avoir un transport adéquat et des activités organisées d’avance. Il nous a envoyé rapidement les informations avec tous les détails et il répondait rapidement à nos questions. Il nous a même donner des conseils pour les activités que nous souhaitons faire de façon autonome. Les communications sont toujours claires et détaillées. Merci beaucoup et nous avons très hâte à notre voyage.

We've now booked our honeymoon to the Galapagos via Happy Gringo thanks to the help of Jonathan. He has been very helpfull all a long of the booking, with great recommandations and has organised a wonderful plan for our trip in September. We are very much looking forward to it. Jonathan is very professionnal, speaks great english and knows his job very well with personal recommandations, he is also very responsive and has kept us informed all a long of the process. Jacky is extremely knowledgeable, flexible and timely in her responses. She even replies on her day off! She manages to find us exactly what I was looking for. This will be the trip of a lifetime for my nephew and a wonderful graduation gift.

We had an amazing day visiting Cotopaxi. Andries is a great guide. He was v helpful and encouraging as we made the walk up to the refuge on Cotopaxi, which is a challenging but so well worth doing. He gave us lots of information about the area. This is an excellent tour and one of the highlights of our Ecuador trip.
