Happy Easy Go is not basically a company, it is a bunch of thugs and looters. If your flight is cancelled due to any reason, you can never get your refund.

Never book anything from this cheater company .They are fraud , u have to chase for months for ur refunds, if u r lucky you ll get refund else this fraud company will never do the same.
Pathetic hotels they had never ever recommend them

Total fraud. I booked a flight with their "Zero Reschedule" option which promised that in case I reschedule, I'll be charged only fair difference and Rs. 300 per passenger. But when I actually rescheduled, they charged me more than Rs. 1000 per passenger even when the fair difference was only Rs. 32.

I had booked flight ticket from happyeasygo website for 9th may 2020. My travel plan got cancelled due to lockdown and I initiated full refund from the airline. Airline has paid to happyeasygo immediately but this fraud company is not giving me the refund even after 90 days of wait period as per their pathetic policy. Every time I call customer service, they tell me that it will take 10-15 days more. I am not sure whether I am going to get my money. This is FRAUD company and one should avoid to use this platform. Is there any way to report their fraud practices.. please suggest.

If I go give them 0 star I would. I will never be using them again and I truely hope no one else does. I had booked a flight with them and due to a change in schedule by the airline I had to cancel my flight. The airline where very professional and refunded the money back to HEG promptly. HEG however would not refund the money back to me, they have provided number of bullsh1t excuses although they have acknowledged that the money has been received. A terrible company that I believe tries to defraud its customers of their money.

Don't use this application to book hotel because they will never help you for anything I have booked a hotel for 1 night but the hotel said it's for day use booking I said how it is possible it is clearly mentioned in booking from happyeasygo and I have the mail hotel manager ask me to talk to happyeasygo team but they refused for help even though not refunded my amount.

I am still waiting for refund of tickets of flight cancelled due to COVID 19. It's been 8 long months of relentless follow up with unprofessional team of Happyeasygo without avail. Utterly frustrated and disgusted by their. BIGGEST FRAUDSTERS.

I booked flight for a trip costing me 28k to and fro for April4. I took the reschedule option for which I paid around 2K extra. When I want to cancel the airline is refunding some 10k, which is fine as I am aware of that. This company is charging 9k on the refund the airline is giving on the name of service fee and convenience fee.
So I called them to reschedule the flight to Oct 24 6 months from now. They come back saying I have to pay 3k for one side to the fare difference. How can the fare in Oct be higher than now. So, I checked the Indigo website and the companies own website and the charges in Oct are lesser than what I paid, so the fare difference is zero, indeed they should pay me back. But they are asking for 6k.
Best to take ticket from the airlines directly. This is a scam company.

Please don't trust this company.. You may see the fare is cheaper.. But you don't get any post issuance service from them. And i am pretty sure you never go good with their arrogant and rude customer service executives..

Hopeless company.Happyeasygo is yet to refund my airline ticket amount booked during covid.Please donot book airline tickets from this platform.

Very terrible experience. I just hope that customers check the reviews of the website before booking their flights from this website. Pathetic service.

Don't book any tickets from here. Company return policy is worst. Actually a Naam badai darshan chotai.. Fraud company.. Its good to book ticket from official airlines sites.

It has been more then 6 months till today I have not got my refund back .

Useless travel agency for booking tickets. No proper response. For me it took more than one year to refund the ticket amount.

Worst website. Don't book tickets from them. They haven't issued me refund for the flights which were cancelled because of lockdown.

this company is a fraudulent one as they will never give your refunded money back. In the beginning they will ask for 90 days post 90 days a new trend of mails. You will always keep getting mails stating wait for 5-7 days. I have all the proofs to justify my statement.

This online booking site is very Bad site and they will take 90 days to give the refund. In Feb,2020 I have booked a ticket through this site for travel during April 20 and due to lock down there was no flight and I could not travel . In march 21 with hope of using the ticket I approached airlines and they informed me the ticket cancelled and amount refunded to them in January,21 and till march 6th they have not informed me. After my contact they said refund will take 45-90 days for refund . They have received money 2.5 back from Airlines and they are saying refund yet to get and their policy is to refund 45-90 days . So people should think twice before booking through this site

Happy easy go is the worst travel agency. We booked 2 tickets of GoAir airlines from Nagpur to pune through Happy easy go in October 2020. Because of unfortunate covid situation, the airlines had to cancel the flight. The refund was processed by the airlines but Happy easy go is unwilling to give us our refund.
We have called them several times but everytime we got an answer "we will initiate it". Nobody has initiated the refund yet and it's almost April 2021 now. We then called the airlines and they said they have already refunded the amount to the third party (happy easy go). If this does not get resolved by HEG, we will be forced to go to the consumer court for a strict action against HEG.

Very awful....they are scamster...dont book flite from happyeasygo...i have tweeted this issue of refund with handle as jambi76

Humble request to All NOT TO USE this site for any kind of booking. The service is pathetic. Especially if it's a refund request then it's better to forget getting our refund from this website as they just go on delaying the request and at the end they do not pay inspite of they getting the refund amount from the airlines. My two refund request has still not been paid back inspite of the airline cancelling the flight. Pathetic is an understatement for this website. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
