I was going to get my sister a subscription for her birthday but the 59.99 price is actually 69.99 as there is a £10 shipping fee in the UK! How could you avoid this with a magazine subscription? Very misleading.

Love receiving this magazine , it's full of helpful articles on a range of topics , so I never lose interest , the work book at the end helps with Ur struggles and helps u work through them with questions to prompt u to deal with what I are going through

I love the layout and artwork in this magazine. Some months I read every single article and other months less so but there's always atleast 3 great pieces. I love the puzzles and the journal pages at the end of the magazine are the reason I have now bought 24 issues.

Great magazine, insightful and a joy to read

I love my happiful magazine! I look forward to it dropping on the mat amongst all the mundane bills etc. It's so nice to have a read that is uplifting, supportive and informative! Every edition has a wide range of topics, some that are off the mainstream which makes for interesting reading. The self reflecting pages at the end of the magazine are great, in a different format each week, postcards, journal prompts etc, they really get you thinking. Now a regular subscription for me! 5*

From being able to use the beautiful designed envelope for my mindfulness time using it to collage and and make my creative recovery journal the magazine is a fountain of knowledge teaching and discussing a huge array of topics to suit all peoples circumstances this magazine has made me learn how to be present In the moment something that I haven’t managed to do in 23 years and that’s just my first ever magazine so can’t wait for every issue now. Therapy and education without confusing the brain absolutely a new fan for sure

Every month has been crucial articles and very relevant practical applications and advise. Love getting each issue and gifting one to my family.

A great way to increase positivity when the rest of the news is pretty horrendous. 🙂
