It has been a nightmare
It has been a nightmare. Do not use this company unless your life depends on it. They immediately charged my card before my first appointment. Wouldn't necessarily have been a huge issue in and of itself (but it's still a red flag), but they charged me the pre-insurance amount. Now, apparently, they owe me a refund. So, do you think they have paid me yet? Of course not. Actually, they just charged me again.
Basically, when you make an appointment, they automatically schedule recurring weekly appointments in the hope that you attend (and they get paid) or you forget to cancel (and they still get paid). Another huge red flag.
The third red flag is that they just charged me again. I cancelled all my appointments (my therapist warned me to do that if I did not want to continue with her), yet I still just got charged and I HAVE NO IDEA WHY.
Do not get yourself involved with this company, there's no way out unless you want to cancel your debit card and that's a nightmare as well.
And perhaps the worst/funniest part of this whole thing is that these people have, as clients, a large percentage of people who are suffering from depression and anxiety, and then they go ahead and pull these stunts. Fortunately, my anxiety isn't bad anymore and surprise charges on my account don't cause catastrophic effects (like overdrafts, not being able to buy food or pay rent/mortgage, etc.), but can you imagine how awful and nightmarish it must be for the people who can't say the same?
